I think Blake and Steve have the same personality traits ....only difference is Blake's chaotic nature has been tempered by time and experience.. just look at the scene in his kitchen with Jason...and mirror it to the one of Steve and Kenny during the bedroom cleaning scene from the previous chapter

Jesus!...this chapter was such an intense one .eh. Basically we are now somewhat dealing with the metaphysical ....That is even more scary than plain boring murder mysteries...I can't help but feel pity for Judy and Killian...having those gifts is a poisoned chalice.

I am going to sound a bit naive and maybe judgemental...but I have never really understood the fixation gay folks have with the club culture... I couldn't help getting frustrated in this chapter..Like I found myself wondering like Ròkus what exactly does Thomas want?..when he is introduced he wants to relate with someone ..he meets Ròkus but still wants to hit the clubs and hook up ..Someone make me understand😏

You really are not happy .😉.I would advise you to read this chapter like twice or more. You will realize that there is actually attraction between Blake and Cash...I will specially point you to that scene in the bathroom when the two of them are showering and then kiss.. That kiss was an acceptance of each other .They were both turned on...Underneath it all Cash and Blake are somewhat alike ...men who are burdened by trauma and anger. It is why they are able to finally connect.....Not to mention with the way the chapter ends ...Blake will definitely be popping Cash's cherry...if that is not a clear testament of their relationship dynamics then I do not know what else can convince you. As Ms.Daisy...that woman is insightful ...She subtly blessed that union by having Jackson take Cash with him to look for Blake..She knows that her son loves both men..to quote 'completely on each own...Not half '...So she tells him to be honest in his feelings and let them both know....It's in Chapter 16.. As I finish, I know some folks are not on board with the throuple deal but I believe @CasualWanderer82 would not have gone that route just for the sake of it....At its core this is a love story, it maybe unconventional sure but it's beautifully chaotic. It is meant to teach us that sometimes ,convention and logic get in the way of us truly living. Do not forget too that it's just a story at the end of the day @Jjeffalch.. It is entertaining and teaching us ..Whatever lessons or opinions we get at the end of the day are on us..That is whole point of it all ..to enjoy and to learn something .

You father must have been equal parts livid and worried...it reminds me of something that have always felt bad about ..When I was in Primary School(1999)..I was in Boarding ..and I remember there was this older boy he was two years ahead of me...Now that boy would always get the Matron's daughter(She was 5-6yo then) and then he would fondle her on my bed...I was on the bottom bunker..what pains to this day is that even at that age I felt it wrong and disgusting and I raised the issue with his older classmates but no one would take it serious ....the mother saw nothing untoward in having a teenager fondle a young girl ..I do not know what happened to that lad or the girl for that matter ..but it made me a bit wary...If I see an adult acting shady around a child...my 'hackles' rise.

It reminds me of a scene from John Wick for those who watched when Winston and John Wick are discussing what happens next after the latter kills Santino D'Atonio, a member of the High Table, on Continental grounds this deconsecrating ..John Wick only says Consequences...Looks like Father and his acolytes will soon have to face the music for their actions...Make me wish Enrico was in this series😂😂
