This was a very therapeutic chapter. These guys needed to talk, heart to heart, and it looks like they made some good progress.

Good for Asher coming out and letting Killian know how he felt about him. Killian for going to the memorial and then saying something, even with his father being there. Hopefully that will lead to a positive start to some kind of investigation.

I thought this was an interesting way to make Quinn be quiet and listen “Do yourself a favor and sit the fuck down before I shove my dick down your throat to shut you up.” Not a typical conversation…. But they do have history, do they even know they are each gay?

That was a horrible thing to have happen, and the police being less than helpful. But maybe since Jake does know about the car coul possibly have some retribution…. Danny was a blessing to his friend, cleaning him up, and getting Nate to get help.

This was a surprise turn of events. The betrayal by the new “best friend” is a hard thing. Does Dave have an open relationship too? What is his partner going to be thinking about this relationship?

Finally the tension was broken…Bruce makes his move. Did Karen subtly indicate her life was a carefully constructed illusion? Does she know what Bruce really wants? The question to me is, will this just be a fling, with Damien left with an aching heart?

We have the answer to why Barrett was short with Todd in the last chapter. First having hope of finding his mother, then finding out she was dead and his father too. It is a lot to process…. With Todd’s mother passed too, there is some common emotional connection there. Hopefully they confide in each other, and grow from this. Barrett going to his foster mom was a good call, he will be supported.

Glad for the continued story. Slight time jump, Carter is running the company now? That’s a big jump from the basically intern that he started as. Curios as to what he is doing to get Jeremy’s attention to come home? Hopefully not anything illegal. Like burning down the house… that would be pretty drastic.

Felling he was all alone Killian got suicidal thoughts. Asher to the rescue. Then Asher helped him change an even a kiss on the cheek. Was Asher jealous before, and trying to stop the budding new friendship with an openly gay guy, where Killian was in the closet, did Asher overhear Mom says she accepted Killian no matter his orientation?

Todd, having a little pity party is OK when your life feels like it’s falling apart., And your friends and family aren’t available to give you feedback. As long as he doesn’t wallow in it and the others reach back out in a timely fashion he should be good and maybe recognize that he can work on his artwork and make some money.

Terrific chapter. Learning Opa’s true backstory was very interesting. Finding out more about this prophecy will be interesting, especially since Greg has most of the Character traits…. The eye color depicting rank must mean something special for Jake. But they are keeping that a very close secret. Will be interesting to see what abilities each of them have, yet to be discovered.

It all seemed like an idyllic day, until Bruce froze it all. What is he playing at? Is Damien just another conquest or something more? Did he start to have feelings, that have been suppressed? Will Damian play along, or just isolate himself? Looking forward to more.

Fun times playing around in the water naked, led to the perfect picture for Jake’s ideal documentation to be the inspiration for his painting.

It was good to see Barrett taking care of Todd emotionally and got upset by the idea of Todd‘s father being such a jerk about this. In the end he took care of his guy.

Todd at least made the attempt at an olive branch. His father really doesn’t seem to care about supporting this son, even emotionally. Such a shame. What will he do if Barrett and Todd tell him they are dating? Fire Barrett? Then where will that leave Anthony? This could really go sideways if the old man is not careful.

Excellent chapter. So he thinks the killer is someone he knows. There’s the threat in the prior chapter from the bully…. Asher tried to visit while he was in hospital, but didn’t come by after he got home? Guilt maybe? He has a friend in Seth’s father. He admitted he was gay to his mother, reluctantly. And she left the room, so not sure how that will go. Then there is his overbearing father he will have to deal with regarding why he was in the park, and hopefully help with finding the killer.
