Seems like Gavin was some help in helping at least explain that his non feeling was something that does happen to people with tragic losses. Chris is not gone yet, but he is also not available. The people at school do seem to care.

So Marc is on military training now, finds out from the intelligence service that the area his family’s business is in may be attacked in a few years. Saves his friends from a pirate attack, and is back out mining to upgrade his growing mining fleet. The young man is going full tilt. Looking forward to this section of the saga.

Beautifully written story about reconnecting wit that former crush that was not acted on. Now being honest with each other about their feelings, this opens a whole new world of possibilities.

What an interesting revelation, not only the artifacts they have, also their biological history, and rejection of the society the were members of.

Callum keeps bringing up his own ignorance of the real situation, and cause for the war, but doesn’t seem to be asking questions to better inform himself of the history from Rym… seems sad to throw away such a relationship… -

I’m thinking Todd too, because he is the only one that I remember fitting the description…. Of all of the characters we’ve met. And it has to be someone not mentioned previously because Seth didn’t know this person’s name….

The young men seem a little overwhelmed with the new information. Jacques is now a very wealthy man, and Alex has a body that needs to be worked into the shape of a god, I’m assuming that he magic will do that with the workouts. 😁

These guys certainly are special. Are they genetically altered to be like super soldiers? What do they mean eliminate the risk? How are the regular humans going to help?

This chapter Jacques is being led to care for Alex. Seems strange that Solomon is just being th director in all of this so far. Noir being Black in French hence the relationship to the foundation for Jacques. Looking forward to more and the reappearance of the hand.

With that prior dream of Seth showing him the book under the bed, I don’t get why he put it back unread…. Clues boy, you’re missing clues. This last dream with Asher being attacked was not good. He needs to talk with Asher soon.

Beautiful beginning to what looks to be an amazing relationship. Being from Illinois originally, I really get the Lincoln vibe. Gay or possibly Bi, he had a lot of documented relationships with men.

Loved this chapter. It seemed like the end was either the end of a very short story or a good cliffhanger. I’m glad that it will continue. I love their banter, they are attracted to each other. I’m very curious if Aaron planned this encounter or if it really was an accident.

Good for Riley listening to Danny and making a good decision to marry Cedric. They need to really discuss Riley’s condition so he doesn’t accidentally infect Cedric.

Interesting premise to be able to see auras. I’ve met a few who say they can. Not that they have said anything about this darkness you have in this story. So far we have yellow, green, brown, red, blue and black. Looking forward to see what else he discovers with this ability.

They each are learning about each other. The fact that Callum doesn’t know about the mountain range is very interesting. Why did his people originally move this direction. Were they driven out or have a need for food that was not where they were??? I really like Rym, he is listening and caring, not that Callum is seeing that, he’s to focused on trying to escape, but to where? He doesn’t even have an idea how far he traveled from where he started. Also, is he the only survivor of the errant transport? -
Gus is a savior in this instance. Ben was spiraling and doesn’t have the tools yet to deal with that. Glad he and Josh are there for him… The other friends are not sure what happened, but not upset at Ben. Hopefully they will keep being his friend, he needs them even if he doesn’t know it yet.
