Interesting discussion about possible causes for this magic bomb. There is definitely something underground, but pesky bureaucracy is keeping them from records, briefly. Dust’s obsession with Kellen needs to be sated soon… -
This was a powerful chapter. The Fae elders seem like total cowards. It took the 3 guys fighting together to beat off the soldiers and get to Lachlan. He had to kill Kerian for Rory to unleash some next level magic, that he didn’t have any problem directing. The whole resurrection scene here was different than Kerian’s vision. Parts were similar, but different. This ancient tablet, did someone else discover it first to unleash this mind control? I think Ash and Desmond may have some kind of bond which will let Ash rescue him from the possession. Then to some passion like the princes have been having?

Through their travels they keep running into people they either know or who are willing to help in some way. This may be why they were so easily duped at the labyrinth hotel. Glad they found out Violeta is ok. -

If I remember correctly David Sr was the guy Grampa Geoff wanted to reconnect with that he had played around with in his youth, but the guy wanted nothing to do with those memories and tried to sell Geoff insurance… it really is a small world. -
After much Tim prepping the passage for safe entry, they find some possible treasure near the entrance. Maybe there will be more further in. Dev changing to a small dog to accommodate his metal plates worked out. I was wondering if they could change just their eyes to something that has better low light vision? They seem to be able to change arms and legs for strength. Hopefully what they find will set the boys up financially for their lifetime.

Great chapter. You did get Kerian and Ash to finally play nice. This Fae court is mostly bickering people, without any backbone. If Lachlan is only a few hours behind, could they portal back to the half Fae village and get behind them? These Fae elders do deem to know a lot about what’s happening in Arcum, do they know as much about Helmsfirth? Or about what is causing the possession of the puppet soldiers?

Great chapter. Josh gets a new look, and it’s approved all around. Now he’s agreed to go to the police…. He has the supporters to help him through.

Great chapter, Ryder is his normal awesome self. Very direct. Love their interplay and getting the inner dialogue as well.

Back at Serenity base with a genetic engineer. Adam has been hurt in the past, and wants a child as soon as possible. At least they discussed why, and were clear about that. Marc loves Adam, and told him that he thought his behavior toward him was enough to show he was going to be around long term. Maybe after the bonding ceremony Adam will feel better?

It seems like Tyler is being honest with himself about his feelings, and was able to open up to new girl in town, Christine. I think it will be harder to tell his best friend. -
What a change in Rory after they enter Fae territory. He instinctively knows what things will heal, and are good to eat. It does seem like morning sickness… so maybe he is pregnant. Seems like Kieran was right about something not good following them. Now it was Rory’s turn to be the hero. These new Fae are very funny, teasing them.

This group seems to have dropped any inhibitions they may have had. After Jake and DM had their first full penetration they just put on a show while Gene gets his wish of blowing a group of guys. -

Great ending to book 1. A reflection of how the family came into being, and all of the love these original two have for each other and their added family members.

This chapter just emphasizes what good information an a supportive family can do to help a doubting person com to accept their gay child. Very well done.

Orion has learned big picture thinking from his mentor and it shows in this chapter. I’ve only been to PTown once and that was in the 80s, it was a fun week, got to water ski on the bay on a day that was calm as glass. With their diving and restoration projects this could be a great expansion. While helping locals have work and lodging.
