    Hmmm, one spider is dark colored and the other light colored - seems that they've got a serious arachnid problem, but they're doing the right thing. Pull over to the side of the road and let the hitchhiker out.

    Derived from hob, or yokel, and was meant to refer to an uneducated or unsophisticated person from the countryside.

    @myr It is rare that an author has only a single opusculum in their collection of writing works. I'll second that observation. 🤡

    From the Latin and related to opus, meaning work, and that can be any work. You might be more familiar with it in term of musical works.

    Gee, I'm old enough to possibly be one of the few here that has actually heard a calliope.

    I don't remember exactly when it happened, but It was sometime in either book 2 or earlier in book 3 of The Next Generation when Robert finally broke down and tied the knot. It would seem he just got tired of being alone, but they didn't have a big wedding, so kind of slipped under the radar. I hope that helps.
