  1. Yes, Christmas and kids is an amazing time, and although it took a long time for the older children to come around, I think everyone will be happy they did.
  2. A glimpse at what you can expect to see in season 3. http://www.tvguide.com/News/Walking-Dead-Governor-David-Morrissey-Robert-Kirkman-1048647.aspx
  3. Don't despair. You may see those characters again, along with a few others.
  4. Yes, it took a traumatic event to put him into his shell and another one to bring him out of it Now we'll just have to wait to see how Andrew and Jesse progress from this point on.
  5. Yes, and I think you'll find this one different and, hopefully, interesting.
  6. I'm glad you weren't able to figure it out in advance.
  7. He was absolutely fantastic in nearly everything he did. I remember first being turned on to his work when one of my teachers read the class a chapter a day from the Martian Chronicles. They were going to make it into a movie in the 60s/70s, but that's when space probes suggested there was no life on Mars, so the plans were scrapped. What a shame.
  8. Yes, the revenge pranster is still undisclosed. Who will it be?
  9. Yes, trust is essential, so what will happen in book 8?
  10. Yes, poor Kevin, who has been the recipient of so much bad luck, has created a mess of his own. How will this end?
  11. It's been my experience that players think they can get away with nearly anything and Nick is no exception to that rule.
  12. Yes, it's never wise to take on the Master at his own game, but no guts, no glory. lol
  13. Seeing there are so many boys, it's sometimes hard to keep them involved in everything, but I do try to highlight them sooner or later.
  14. It's been a remarkable ride so far, but not everyone in the community supports what Josh has been doing, so undesirable and threatening circumstances will pop up from time to time. It's what keeps things interesting.
  15. Can't be divorced and be King? I think someone forgot to mention that fact to Henry VIII. Edward the VIII wasn't divorced, but wanted to marry a divorcee. That was the difference. Besides, Churchill and others wanted him out of the way because of his pro-Nazi sentiments - Hence George VI.
  16. A milestone that won't be seen again soon and her longevity puts her up there with Queen Victoria and King George III.
  17. It would be nice if these types of stories occured more often than the others.
  18. Happy Birthday Stuby. Sounds like Mark has big plans for you.
  19. KC's quiz says I'm a Hawk, but I see myself as a cuddly Panda. Okay, throwing in the zodiac I'm a Leo or a lion, but the Chinese have me born in the year of the Rat. That's one heck of a broad range of animals.
  20. I'm glad to see the prognosis is favorable and wish Brian a speedy recovery.
  21. It's sad and strikes to close too home, since we're not the far apart in age. My deepest sympathy goes out to his loved ones and friends.
  22. That would be 'Three's Company' with John Ritter.
  23. I think the portrayal of any group, be it black, oriental, the mentally ill or gay, can be done in way that would be considered inappropriate, but it can also be done in ways that are humorous, without being demeaning. I think this relys not only on how the character is presented, but also on how it is received and interpreted. As with beauty, it can sometimes be in the eye of the beholder and if you're looking to find fault, then I'm sure you can, but we all should be able to laugh at ourselves (our our subgroup) as well.
  24. I wish him the best, but does anyone know the cause of the coma? Was it the result of an accident or an illness?
  25. Thank you for your kind words, Andy. It took a lot out of me to write it too, but unfortunately it is also a part of life that many families have been forced to deal with.
