Last week, we took some friends out to a new restaurant and noticed that the waiter who took our order carried a spoon in his shirt pocket. It seemed a little strange. When another waiter brought our water, I noticed he also had a spoon in his shirt pocket. Then I looked around and saw that all the staff had spoons in their pockets. When the waiter came back to serve our soup I asked, 'Why the spoon?' 'Well', he explained, 'the restaurant's owners hired Andersen Consulting to revamp all our processes. After several months of analysis, they concluded that the spoon was the most frequently dropped utensil. It represents a drop frequency of approximately 3 spoons per table per hour. If our personnel are better prepared, we can reduce the number of trips back to the kitchen and save 15 man-hours per shift.' As luck would have it, I dropped my spoon and he was able to replace it with his spare. 'I'll get another spoon next time! I go to the kitchen, instead of making an extra trip to get it right now.' I was impressed. I also noticed that there was a string hanging out of the waiter's fly. Looking around, I noticed that all the waiters had the same string hanging from their flies. So before he walked off, I asked the waiter, 'Excuse me, but can you tell me why you have that string right there?' 'Oh, certainly!' Then he lowered his voice. 'Not everyone is so observant. That consulting firm I mentioned also found out that we can save time in the restroom. By tying this string to the tip of you know what, we can pull it out without touching it and eliminate the need to wash our hands, shortening the time spent in the restroom by 76.39 percent. I asked 'After you get it out, how do you put it back?' 'Well,' he whispered, 'I don't know about the others, but I use the spoon.'

..........Only the time-line of "after sunset" gives us warning of when to expect the attack, the goat leaves us to believe that that the strike was from Mario & Dimitri without having to infer to either. Yet I can't see Dimitri still sitting up on that mountain, given his trek was somewhat nerve-wracking to him, I doubt he would want to attempt the crossing in the twilight hour. So we know they were carrying AK-47's so the scenario fits that Mario & Dimitri stormed the place.

..............Right!! Armed with night vision, and remember one of the bikers was a 'nam vet. Pretty easy to give a firefight to one un-suspecting Mario. Which is why I questioned his surveillance methods, they really thought this was going to be a cake-walk.

..............So who better as an antagonist thru-out the story?? Helen is going to tear into the Generals ear, about Jerry/Scar, Gunters demise, Barbara's statement with the LA police. A General can move thru a mountain of government agencies with his position. We know that

.......You know it doesn't annoy me, to each his own, if a celeb likes/wants his/her privacy, why not. It is no ones business but their own. Now I can't remember his name (Doogie Howser?) but he came out I think because some rag was going to out him. (That is dead wrong to out someone without their permission) but I admire him for stepping forward to throw water on the flames.

.........You have Barbara in LA, who is making a report with the police after viewing Gunters body. And of course you have his loving son Joe still around.

..........I think the Military has enough to go on without re-confirming Instincts suspicions. Dimitri maybe loyal to Scar, but a dead loyalist is no good to anyone. .........That is at least no good to Scar!

.......Ok, if Dimitri bit the dust, the government finds the phone, I wonder if they can track the bombs location with it. If Mario gets killed, Dimitri hi-tails out of there and phones Scar. Will "Operation Kill Instinct" will be squashed or put on hold? What good would it do for Dimitri to get himself killed over the bands "newly increased security".

......I'm not sure I follow your meaning, I would think the opposite would occur. That the "more" people expressed thier orientation, the impact would be lessened. If anything it just might drive the homophobes into locking their doors and hiding in their closets.

............Humm!, I would have thought the "shock dressing" would wear off by now, I didn't go to this years so I can't comment on the attire. It seems that these parades wind up with a Mardi-grais type of hype. As usual there will always be one in the crowd to "bare all" or close to it as possible.

.....Well that's a given, they were just scouting the area like they should have, I'm surprised that they didn't pay more attention to the band wandering to the other ranch, as "professionals" they badly played out the assault, (Very sloppy operation on their part) obviously Dimitri didn't think there was going to be chance of failure and wanted to get it over with with a direct assault. He should have had a starlight with his gear, I can imagine Mario standing there like "Rambo" firing off his AK-47 on full clip, he must have looked very surprised at the 21 gun salute that greeted him back. I bet he died with that look on his face, (mourners of Gunter, here's your revenge) I think Dimitri was trying to assault from the east and when Mario went down, he beat a hasty retreat, the band is safe for now. That leaves us with the military swooping in. How will Dimitri get out of there??

.......Jodie is out, did it a couple weeks ago, but how did anyone not mention Rock Hudson sadly, if I remember right, he was outed just before he died.
