Hello Wicked Witch. I am glad that you liked the story overall. The concepts of alternate realities are quite fascinating. I have to agree, "Six Seconds" is essentially a tragic read, and I'm sorry that some aspects of it made you feel desolate. Thank you very much for reading!
  3. Aw you are welcome, it was my pleasure. Yes, earlier today I was like "I'm gonna finish all the antho entries tonight!" And then 4 hours later I was like NOPE.

It would've been funny if there was a bomb in Sage's car, haha!

Haha yes, I do enjoy art as well. I was going to line and colour this picture but didn't have the time. I will let you know when I've made the discussion blog.

Ieshwar, I'm glad you got one of the themes of the story: hope, in a its simplicity. I'm also happy that you liked both the characters -- one of my betas told me that he thought that both of them were flawed. At first I thought that was a bad thing but then I realized no one is perfect. Thank you again for reading! Your comments made my day, really.

This was a pretty tale! I really liked Jade and all her uniqueness -- she sounds pretty hot too. Your prose is quite beautiful. Good job!

Hello Ieshwar. Thank you so much for the kind words. Beginnings are hard to craft for me so I spent a bit of time on this one, and yes, you should grab a box of tissues!
  11. WHYYYYYY is this subject brought back from the dead *kills self* *kills YB*
  12. Idkkk, for some reason highmore has always annoyed me. I just thought a lot of his performances has come across as pretentious, not to mention a lot of the characters he has played were a little bit bratty
  13. This was lovely. There were several lines in this story that were just so great: "A translucent gray cloak covered his body, barely hiding his form. But then, how could it? His golden skin glowed with the radiance of thousand suns. Even the feeble moonlight seemed overwhelmed by its sheer beauty." and numerous other ones included. I loved how you explored the concept of a doomed love using these mythical characters of light and dark, your "spoiler" line tied everything together. I also really like this line -- really resonated within me: "A translucent gray cloak covered his body, barely hiding his form. But then, how could it? His golden skin glowed with the radiance of thousand suns. Even the feeble moonlight seemed overwhelmed by its sheer beauty."
  14. You've created a beautiful piece Rosenkrantz. I love how Eli approached this subject matter -- full of hope, resolve, and strength. There was a simplicity in the language and emotion that I really felt -- Eli just wanted to get better, to stay on top, in the name of love. There was sadness yes, difficulty, yes, but it wasn't bogged down with angst, which I liked. The ending choked me up, but the letter was appropriately wonderful. You're writing is good too. Someone's definitely an up and coming author

  21. Hello authors, readers, unregistered users and the like, I am well aware that "A Night to Remember" has not yet been released but I thought I might as well share this promotional poster I whipped up on Photoshop on a caffeinated spree just a few hours ago: Now you have a graphic that can be attributed to the Anthology! I encourage you all to copy the url of this image/save it and share this poster on your Facebook or website or whatever you use so not only the anthology gets read but GA as a whole gets more exposure. Make sure to include the link the antho/GA or hyperlink the image if you use it. I've designed the Anthology banner as well, and thought I'd share it here just in case you want to paste it into your stories/signature/share it/look at it lovingly/etc. The top is the original but who can resist PINK? They are dimensioned so they fit in your signature. To the authors: if any of you have any problem with your name being featured in the poster, PM me. If you find a typo, let me know (I might shoot you in the foot). If you want to have sex, call me maybe. Just kidding. Don't call me. Just come right over. Hur hur. Fishie out.
  22. WOW that was surprisingly wonderful. Thanks for the recommendation joann and great job RJ! Probably gonna check out the rest of your stuff now
  23. *hugs*
  24. Libby I've read this story like 12371239871239123 times, and every single time I find something else I really like about it, something that I missed. You have such a way with characters and emotions using so little words and this story is such well done and thematically strong that I just keep coming back to it. Your prose is concise and effective as it is beautiful. "Running Far Afield" is as romantic and light-hearted as it is substantial and touching. Keep on writing, 'cause you've got such talent!
