The characters are getting better defined and beginning to blend and show how they will stand out. They have histories that give them a basis to relate, Peter and Bobby are opposite, but loving brothers. Slowly recovering. injured Jason is not as angry and finding he likes admiring Peter's half-naked body. Andrew has come alive after losing Will. He has a glorious Mustang to restore and drive.

Yani thought Will had to find the right time and place to preset the counter evidence he brought. I hope Will also talks to Caleb for advice The CIA gave will the document that sowed the Pentagon is lying. Will asked Yani ..... "Why would Keene give me this? If they’re lying?" "Because Keene knows the difference," Yani said. "She knows the Pentagon is lying to the President. She can’t bypass the Joint Chiefs, but she can leak the discrepancy to you. He now knows the Pentagon's charges are false. This military engagement could cause a firestorm. The take down was painful, public and shocking. Tarquin was taken away quietly by Sgt McCormick to a stunned audience. Tarquin later left after being evicted and was not seen. He was severed from the estate funds. However, a civil lawsuit continued contesting the financial charges against him. I assume he had other money hidden away to support his need The world turned away from noticing Tarquin and his needs. His shadow was gone. These main characters are ready to move on. Orel and Finn became a happily married couple who owned a Delorean. Grady Manor will be put to better uses. Their network friends were now living positive, encouraging lives. Oliver is taking the Ottawa job. Lydia is managing Orel's money and moved his free cash to "ethical" high tech firms I see there will be a follow-on story that will cover issues created from this story. Good. Many of these people are very likable with interesting lives. There is at least one very bad guy around to stir up a hornet's nest Thank you.

This was definitely a Yani chapter I was surprised he landed at Atlanta and left Newfoundland. He was met by a CIA official he knew who gave him an offer to a new job when he leaves Will or Andrew and a secure tablet for Will that will have the Presidential Daily Brief on it. Allegedly Biden wanted Will to have it. The CIA wanted a way to keep better track of Will. Yani already caught that the Pentagon was lying to Biden. They are saying Andrew was at fault and the US did not attack first, Biden does not know Andrew saved 85 US sailors off the ship before it sank. Lisa, Caleb and others will need to have a psyop campaign ready to address the attack with real facts. It was suggested Will release some data at a future debate. Yani met Will and Lisa and was asked to stay and help him. Yani expected this request and agreed to help. He will be hidden in a section as a boring IT Tech, He will be with Caleb and Jacob. Jacob is going to shadow Yani and learn from him. Yani spent serious time improving and protecting the campaign's computers and com systems, He said they were an open nightmare that others have read them and which he will correct Yani is making a very critical addition to the campaign. The tour of towns and villages is going forward with no real concerns. The real problem was expected to be visiting Fenn's town and seeing his parents When a guard at Fenn's hometown heard he was present, he told them his father had been singing his praises after the victory against the enemy. Ain was incensed at the hypocrisy. Fenn left and Ain traveled to the house the guard said belonged to Fenn's parents. It was the largest house in town, Once inside, Ain saw Fenn who knew a shortcut took the offense and told he father off for kicking out Fenn. His father got mad and told Ain he could not interfere in his family business, Ain already very mad at the guy, punched him in the face and knocked him back to the ground, Seeing a white, fluffy cat that had to be Fenn's childhood cat that he loved. Ain decided to take the cat from his parents for Fenn. Once outside, Fen saw his cat and initially was concerned, but came to want his cat without a doubt. He was overjoyed and kissed Ain and then they kissed each other repeatedly and happily The tour has not drawn and assassins nor has Fenn been training. He does need to prepare for the upcoming main battle.

The three finally got together after being hurt and taken apart. They gathered in a small cave and lit a fire to keep warm overnight They talked about what just happened. As the chapter ended, it is not certain that the Halifax will make to its harbor and safety. It is being panted with fire control radar by the US. If the Americans acted too hastily without input from Andrew Carter like the cowboy captain of the Constitution acted, it might fire a missile in anger. I do not think the US will act in a hasty manner. The guided missile cruiser could wipe the Halifax with just one of its missiles. I am sure the US would not want to kill its own sailors on the Halifax now that it knows they have been rescued and on board. Andrew Carter has sent the evidence to show it was attacked first and fired upon first. “HMCS Halifax to USS Gettysburg. We have just concluded SAR operations following an unprovoked attack and collision with USS Constitution. We have 85 US Navy survivors aboard, including wounded. We are not hostile. Let us see if the US Navy does an honest after-action report/evaluation of the incident. It will have the radio communications showing the captain was aggressive, rammed the ship, demanded it surrender and told it to prepare to be boarded and fired first. Andrew only fired in response to save his ship. It was unfortunate for the US that the Littoral combat was lightweight and not able to take punishment. Only a fool would ram a much heavier, larger ship and fired first. The US Admiral should understand this situation. He is a pro and not a Trump fan. I imagine the hot dog, injured captain who is not able to speak and make incendiary claims about being attacked will help keep the temperature lowered

He told Charles to say he was his second--for jump purposes-- and was his lover since a second was always the pilot's lover. It is very rare to find a jump pilot and the enemy will be surprised The battlecruiser apparently does not have a jump capable pilot. In the bay, William talked to the ships dormant AI which has not had anyone to talk to him for a long time. Will began to develop friendly relations with it. What a mess--The littoral combat ship is a lightweight piece of crap and it is held in low regard by the US Navy. No sane senior Navy officer would try to take on that more powerful Canadian ship. When the US Admiral reviews the data and radio logs, he will see the US side had a real cowboy who made errors and was sadly arrogant. The US ship was outmatched and the US Captain was at fault. Andrew was a humanitarian and took the survivors on board to save them and give them medical care. If they make it to Newfoundland, they will be treated as POW's. It is up in the air now whether other US ships responding to the battle will reach the Halifax in time and request its sailors be returned. We will find out in next chapter. The presence of US sailors on board should stop any firing on Carter's ship. Andrew must be thinking of how to explain what happened to a wider world. He needs to get with his team when he returns. Statements need to be taken from the US sailors about what happened ASAP. The hot dog, pro-Trump ship captain is too injured to drive and bias the narrative his way. You showed Trump to be living in an excited dream world. He is not President. He cannot order air strikes. Miller knew how to play him. Will the plan to isolate and starve out Canada succeed? The Herald wants Fenn to go on a goodwill/PR tour across his country, Ain agreed to go with him. Ain will introduce Fenn to his 5 parents when they get to his hometown.
