He will need to get the red notebook to Oliver to give to Finn's attorney. He might have to sneak the red notebook to Tommy for the lawyer when he visits him to return his book. Oliver can attest to the fact that the handwriting in the notebook is Tarquin's. The prosecutor and Tarquin will be surprised and the prosecutor will try to suppress this notebook. It will be up to the judge. I hope he is not a biased friend of Tarquin. Maybe, Finn's lawyer could leak news about the notebook to force the judge to rule in favor of Finn. Andrew Carter and Tommy are wild cards who could vouch for Finn and Orel.

Will is eligible legally to run. He met with Biden and the VP offer was made. Biden needed him to win against Trump. Will's price was statehood and complete freedom to campaign.
