He knows he cannot change for a while in order to stop Charlie from killing a young man in a hit and run accident Nesr term he has to survive and not anger his parents at the Reform Party speech. His old self was a Green Party member and the exact opposite of the Reform Party. He is gay. The former 17 year old in a wheel chair is clearly in the hell he deserved But, the the new Charlie is not safe and stress free. Mr Ellis told him...."You live his life. He lives yours. You’ll find a whole new definition of hell, and I think, one deserved of a man that refuses me. My debt will be cleared. Everyone moves on." A new definition of hell. Why accept the offer--? To save a life that the old Charlie was going to take.

Sir Kaylen and his men stood watch for an attack from King John or the invading Scotts. The winter was fierce and cold with deep snow. In the washroom after a long tough travel about the lands, Ronan and Tomas were almost found being too close without a god reason. As it turned out, the enemy they faced was the Scotts in great number. Sir Kaylen led the=men of the Keep. The deadly, bloody battle was fought long and hard with many men died on each side. Tomas and Ronan were effective and a winning team. The final line broke and the Scotts lost. I hope Sir Kaylen and his men will have a well-earned reprieve from fighting.

This is a well told, compelling story of good versus a corrupt, powerful evil. The Canadian Pacific Railroad tries to steal the land of the Merrickville citizens without paying for its expanding railroad line. Elias Sawyer , the local law man, and Theo Harding are first targeted to lose their farm, but actually all the landowners are eventually targeted. Their deeds are stolen when the bank is robbed. Hard working citizens are facing trained fighters who will do anything to beat them. The situation would seem even more hopeless when the railroad hires a huge military type force to roll over the town. The citizens do not falter and organize to save their property and lives. The fight of their lives ensues and is wonderfully told. You will read about heroes and heroic actions and see people being tested and not give up. You will like them. You will hate the evil railroad men and what they do will shock you. The back and forth struggles and the violence and settlement by guns and powder seem foreign to Merrickville today, but was instrument in its creation. People cared and fought and won.

No drums, no bugles, no gun fire, no malevolent railroad men--only earned peace and domestic tranquility. These hearty folk are enjoying this calm and their friendship and living full lives Thank you for a well told story that fleshes out the history and important ancestors who created Merrickville.

The person we have not heard from is the Bulwark. Is she just as committed to attacking the enemy as the Herald? Does she have different opinions?

Fenn returned to the palace from the front lines. He was not happy. He wanted to keep fighting and soon beat the enemy totally.He spoke like a true believer of the Herald without realizing his bias. Fenn met Ain and they could not agree. It seemed all Ain said upset Fenn. At this point, Ain believed they were broken apart and may not reconcile, Ain's position is that the army does not fight and some select operatives could be sent to take care of the leadership of the enemy. This situation is a mess. The Herald's ego is driving the army. I do not see how the situation will change.

What a charming, feel-good story of two boys who live near each other finally connecting and begin to learn they really like each other. The story expands to two adults who are brought together by a well-meaning matchmaker that eventually helps form a healthy , caring family. You will like the people and will root for them as they face and solve problems. Is not it time to have a happy ending?

Thank you for a feel-good PG story with wholesome characters and a very happy ending. They are grew, worked through their issues and problems and turned into a happy extended family.

The railroad company men did not get away with it,' It came down to 5 card draw poker with 1000 in each hand and knowing the right bastard would cheat-because it was his nature. The tension was high to the end when the cheater was exposed. The deeds were collected from the train's safe and the rightful owners were secured Is it over? What will the railroad company do next?

It seems the Herald and the Bulwark were ordered home to address why the war must continue. People at home were protesting the war, including Ain. The Herald said he lost the first of two letters from the Arbiter. The Hearld asked Fenn to go along with him to talk to those opposed to the war. Fenn does not know what to say to those who want the war stopped and feels uneasy meeting Ain I bet Herald added Fenn to protect his position and to drive a further wedge between Ain and Fenn I hope the enemy does not attack their forces while Fenn is gone.

I am expecting that Axl and Ollie turning into a functioning happy couple will be good role models and quasi parents that can better raise two 14 year olds to be happy, better adjusted youths.

Great room label--The sounds Marshall Lee and Aiden hear will be educating and fascinating them. They will love seeing the smiles and increased physical touching outside the room.

These guys are just being themselves and liking each other. They are learning to help each other in their own ways, The slow way they are becoming physically and emotionally closer is so endearing, I am hoping soon Axl and Ollie find time alone to explore each other more intensely.

What a horrible, hard fought battle from the bridge to a final stand in the hotel. When the last moments of the townsfolk seened settling in, a surprise force of workmen building the railroad appeared taking on the Fenians who were now outnumbered. The tide turned and the remaining Fenians fled/. The town and it people were rescued. Many people showed they were heroes. "The immediate threat was broken. But the architects of this misery were untouched. Valance. McCulloch. And somewhere, the shadow of Rourke." What happens next? I expect the telegraph message got the attention of the authorities. A force should be sent to Merrickville. I bet the use of the Fenians by the railroad company will hurt the railroad's position. It may as a way to ease public outrage decide to not take over the town's land.

What a turn of events--Ain was asked to meet with hose opposing the war. If he could turn around those wanting peace to support the war, the Arbiter would support his return to the front. As he met with opponents of the war he found he could not support it. The Arbiter will not back Ain now. He will not be sent to the front and help Fenn, Ain was asked to meet with the opponents of the war and plan what to do next. This has gotten more complicated. Ain is uncertain about what he wants. He will write Fenn.

King John is weak and will march north to fight rebelling Scots who have burned a well-known town nearby. It was agreed to secure more grain and hunt animals for food to feed the people. Much will be hidden so it will not be seen as available for the King and his soldiers as they pass through to the north. This is dangerous but needed to protect their people. " Thus was the council sealed—not only with steel and bread, but with cunning words and hidden stores, a pledge of survival against crown and foe alike."

I wonder if the attack will just be a mass rush to the bridge. I expect snipers will be used to pick out key defenders and the people manning the maxim. Will the attackers have constructed stout shields maybe attached to wagons to protect the ones leading the assault on the bridge? Will rafts be constructed to take some Fenians across the canal at a far point so the towns folk can face an attack on their flank?

Oliver saw the kids in the car and invited them in. He liked knowing that Axl was responsible and caring, It was a role he accepted caring for Orel. Axl and Oliver are very compatible. Will they reach the bridge and overpower the towns folk with the rushing mass of hard bitten soldiers? Will Bobby keep firing the Maxim and slay enough Fenians to turn the tide? Will Theo and his two rooftop sharpshooters kill key leaders, including the nasty colonel leading the troops?

Jody took his pace in the stock after he saw what others did to a previous man in the stocks. The guy was rimmed and eaten out and fucked and sucked off. I think the Herald wants to push Fenn to his limits and attack the enemy before Ain returns and stops Fenn's extreme power expansion. Is there a danger that Fenn could be hurt or even killed by not holding back? You can assume the Herald wants success right now and is not concerned about Fenn's well-being.
