Yep, lots going on already. Not sure yet how Ted will stay in the story. It’s mostly Roy’s story, but it’ll need more than just a couple characters. I agree, there may be trouble brewing on that front. I’m sure there are those who think he’s hot. Picked him primarily because the Braves are local. Cory is a lot like me when I was a kid. No spreadsheets back then, but I was always playing around with baseball stats. So, yeah, I’d say he’s pretty smart. Just like me 😄

Monday Today, I rode my bike to the hospital since I wasn't in as much of a hurry as yesterday. I also didn't feel like running. I was awake half the night thinking about Cory. I couldn't get the picture of his naked body out of my mind. Not just his penis, but the whole package, face, chest, abdomen, legs. He had to be one of the most gorgeous boys I had ever seen. I guess knowing he was gay helped a little. Back in Indiana, there were a couple boys I suspected were gay, but if Cory's a 10

Maybe a mistake by me, but since I assumed childhood trauma is often caused by sexual abuse, it didn’t seem like much of a stretch. No, she’s just ignorant. They’ll both stick to the threats at the viewing and never see each other again. -

Thanks. People handle grief in different ways. Acting out is definitely a possibility. I expect to delve into that aspect shortly. As we’ve already seen, Dominic already had one issue at daycare. With Dylan about to go back to work… I’ll just leave it at that. I plan on digging deeper into the legalities. I’m not sure how all that will work. I will admit I might cheat and say that Dylan didn’t read Lacy’s will closely and he may have missed something. -

@Clancy59 I always appreciate your thought provoking comments. A little short for time right now, but I will get back to it. @weinerdog The only psychiatric research I’ve done is into my imagination. Again, I’ll address further at another time. @kbois For sure. I gotta get back up close to the 50% allowable sex. I have a good idea where it’s going to come from, double entendre not intentional. -

Maybe not. It’s time to get Dylan a boyfriend. -

Lee Wilson posted new chapter in Before And After the Divorce
We met Marilyn at the condo. Dad was as surprised as I was at first when I told him Lacy had bought it. She must really have been planning to move out with Dominic, even with a fantasy custody agreement. Well, that's moot now anyway. Dad liked the condo and would be willing to move into it. Fortunately, it's less than a mile from the apartment. It's just two bedrooms, but he was figuring on that anyway, so Dominic could stay over occasionally. Like when I wanted a boyfriend to spend the night. D- 21 comments

Funeral Preparations and Legal Matters
Lee Wilson commented on Lee Wilson's story chapter in Funeral Preparations and Legal Matters
Thanks again. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced that. Dad, first wife, mom, a birth stepfather, and an uncle fairly close to my age. Birth stepfather meaning the man my birth mother was remarried to. -

Thanks for reading and the praise. -
That went through my mind too. But I don’t know you all well enough to guess anybody other than the relatively few with whom I’ve interacted.

Great job. Tears, smiles, good feelings. This one had it all. If memory serves the Mini keys were stolen. If the robbers still had them when they got caught, wouldn’t the bobbies (is that term still used?) still have them?

I’m not a therapist, much less like most therapists. I’ve already touched on that possibility in the other story, which has a similar parallel. It will be something less ‘sexy,’ I’m sorry to say. -

I do like crossovers, but yeah, that'd be a stretch. Grandparents? Eh. I think I'm done with those losers. -

I like getting a mix of emojis. I think that means I’ve hit quite a few different emotions and reactions. A good mix of topics in the chapter, I guess. -

Hmmm, hadn’t thought of it that way. What psycho could visit them? More nightmares occurred without further contact with Rosa. I don’t think that’ll be a resolution. -
Wednesday August 23 - Overnight I was still sitting up, reading, struggling to stay awake just a little bit longer when Adam started screaming again. I immediately jumped out of bed, hoping to avoid waking Jeremy up. It seemed I was successful. I ran into Adam's room. Although he had stopped screaming, he was sitting bolt upright in his bed, waving his arms out in front of him, looking like he was warding off some kind of danger. I quickly realized he was still asleep. I carefully sat down

I would have said ‘then by that logic, bendable Barbies aren’t dolls either.’

I’ll do my best. The next couple of weeks may have some minor delays though.
