Only because my psychiatrist’s license expired. I said I can’t help you, and I told you to find someone else. Oh, wait, that was editing. Never mind.
Now I got dragged into sidetracking @Krista’s comment thread.
Three at a time came after that. Although the first half of Reggie did overlap with ‘Don’t Blame the Band.’ But that was kind of cheating, since most of its chapter 1 was a minor rewrite from a previous nifty story.
Just checked. I can’t be sure about the timing for Reggie-8, so between 7/14/2023 and 9/11/2023, it was 151,303 words.
Awesome chapter. At first, I thought the two prospectors, or whatever, were going to need rescuing because they fell into a fissure.
That being said, I need my own Five 😕
Just so everyone knows, that’s my own individual record, well, one story at a time. I think when I was carrying 3, I probably beat that. I’m sure there are plenty of other authors here at GA that have bested those numbers. But it’s nice to know that my prolificity has become a goal for Jason. Is prolificity even a word? It’s got the red dotted line below it, so maybe I’ve invented a new one. Nope, Mr. Google says it is. Where’s the “add to dictionary” option here?
I must be killing you now, then. 2 active stories, close to a week between individual chapters… But on the plus side, I haven’t touched my Xmas story in a week either.
For me it’d be Elliot. I still think Dylan is in it just for the sex. Sticking with Dylan wouldn’t last. At least long-term seems to be more plausible with Elliot.
Are we so sure of that? I think we’ve heard about mom, but maybe she buried dad in the cellar and that’s why she’s staying away.
Oh, wait. It’s not me writing this story, that won’t happen.
Bad Logan. At least they’re friends again. Hopefully things work out with Cody. Maybe his phone got drowned or something, and that’s why Oliver hasn’t heard from him. Yeah, dreaming, I know.
Jerkson just doesn't know when to quit. If he pushes Joel far enough outside the eye of a camera, he's gonna be one hurtin' dude. And Joel learned that beers 4-6 sneak up on you so fast, you don't know how you got so drunk.
