    Chapter 28

    That much?

    Chapter 28

    Did someone say skinny dip?

    Chapter 28

They only need to know how one room is covered. Just turn those cameras around. Or maybe one real good use for duct tape.

    Chapter 28

    Better than sandalwood, I bet.
  5. I’d sayI remembered from the first time I read the story, since this is an update, but if that’s true, it sure wasn’t consciously. Oliver and Cody got past Montana and are getting closer. Returning to school as a couple might add some drama.
  6. Thanks. I knew it needed something extra for me to pull it off. Glad it’s brewing appreciated.
  7. Thanks. Yeah, music is important to me. Perhaps 2026 will bring another musically based story. I’ve had an idea kicking around in my nearly empty head for a while.

    Chapter 27 S3

Another great chapter. The baseball card work is moving along nicely. Hopefully they get enough for the little league field and some for themselves.
  9. What? No reviews? This is an amazing piece of literature. Stop reading the review and go read the story. Seriously, I won't put in a spoiler for my enthusiasm, but you don't need to be a fan of Sports Star Romance to enjoy this one. It is a cute story about a boy who comes out from under his older brother's shadow and thrives with the help of a new love.

  10. Thanks for tagging me @Flip-Flop, I might not have gotten to this best supporting actor nomination until much later. What can I say, I loved it. Still might have if it didn't star yours truly as the crush. I'd like to thank the academy, and the writers, @BendtedWreath and @chris191070. Thank you also to my future brothers and sisters, Andy, @Aditus, @Thirdly, and Kat. I have to guess here but hopefully I'm right and Andy is @Ticklishboy30 and Kat is @kbois. Unless Peter is Ticklishboy30, thank you, father, and my mother @CassieQ. Finally, thank you @Cane23 for being such a good friend in the story. Raven Bran? Really? You're just lucky I do happen to like Raisin Bran. You're all invited to the wedding. Hell, all of GA is invited, it'll probably be in a sequel.

    Chapter 1

Gotta add this one to my reading list too.
  12. One of two more I need to add to my reading list.
  13. Not really my cup of tea. Well told story though, and the werewolfing was minimal. If I’d have gotten anything like this genre, I would’ve asked for a recount.
  14. Us geezers gotta stick together.
  15. Doesn’t matter. The answers are Tony Iommi and Richie Blackmore. Rhodes only played with Ozzy as far as I know.
  16. Three? Amateur! Most were off-screen, but including them, I’m almost 500,000 times worse than you. Now I’m off to read the story. Well, not right away, it’s probably 40,000 words and I’m in a Walgreens parking lot.
  17. Hmmm. Not sure. I wonder if I can make this a series of one-shots, like Detective Saggio.
  18. LOL. If you think this was different, just wait six days for my next new one.
  19. Thanks. Well, Oasis was a bit cryptic, so unless you were a true fan, you wouldn't know their members' names. There are really only a few bands I can say who all their members are without looking it up. Long-term members, anyway. Even I couldn't tell you who all the lead singers were in Black Sabbath after Ozzy, Ronnie, and Ian. Hell, I didn't ever see them in concert until Ian was there. Bonus points for anybody who can tell me who the two legendary guitarists are that Ronnie and Ian both had in their bands. Without looking it up.
  20. At least I gave you the answers.
  21. I've decided the angry emoji is a good substitute for the prodigal groan emoji.
  22. A fine group of guinea pigs, we are. I had to make mine fun when I saw it was a western genre. All I know about westerns is the title of a few TV shows and John Wayne. I thought it would be a challenge, but I kept it short and whipped the first draft out in a couple hours. Thanks Val and the GA team for coordinating this. You all are great!
  23. “Hi ho Silver. Away!” “My name’s not Silver, Tonto.” “Tonto’s horse was Scout.” “I’m not a horse.” “You are from the waist down.” “Fine. I’ll hi ho when the ’William Tell Overture’ starts. “Ta da dum, ta da dum, ta da dum dum dum.” “Oh, for Pete’s sake. Mr. Director, cue the orchestra, please.” “Director? What director?” “Hey, if you can pretend we’re in a TV show, so can I.” “Oh, fine. Giddyup Hermes.” “Where are we going, Clayton?” “T
  24. My 2025 prompt team event entry. I combined a few extra genre/sub-genre categories. Primary one: Western/Weird West Weird West - Fantasy in a Western. (Cowboys and Centaurs) A cowboy and his centaur ride into Las Vegas. Told, obviously, since it’s me, from the Centaur’s perspective.
  25. Just don’t crash the servers.
