Amazing chapter...training descriptions - incredible! I have really enjoyed reading it from the start till the final word. I've said in my previous comment that Jamie is professional. Well, they both are. Since misunderstanding has been cleared out, there is not too many questions and interrogation. There's a big level of confidence and procedure understanding from Mike's side. He knows Jamie will tell him what he can, otherwise, secrecy is part of the job. Mike is there to be support - emotional, sexual, logistical... As English is not my native language, I've been wandering why are they calling each other 'boyfriend' (except they obviously are). Ok, they may be not guys for 'baby', 'honey'...but 'boyfriend' sounds so official...or it is their way of sharing tenderness, with a dash of humor...?

A life turned upside down for Jamie...total chaos. If minister is ready to change his public speaking and attitude toward gay population just to engage Jamie as personal security, it means he is really afraid of something, and Jamie's abilities are needed. Mike is upset and it is understandable. Following usual procedures, Jamie was supposed to apply for new position, and that kind of carrier change should be discussed with your partner and somebody you are living with. Keeping the secrecy from Mike is more and more difficult. Period of training is going to be very interesting to read, but it is also going to be challenging for Jamie and Mike's relationship. It is a huge carrier change for Jamie and big opportunity. Seems that old daddy is going to be proud of his son finally (unless old fart finds his son's carrier advancement not good enough again).

Government would love to have army of very fast soldiers! That's why conversation with MP Rupert Morris-Walker looked suspiciously naive. ...Ok, you have superpowers but don't tell anyone about that, go home, your suspension is suspended...buy...buy. If they didn't take Jamie for some experimental examination, he is under some surveillance for sure! No way that government left somebody with such powers walking around like it is nothing!

This is the most wonderful, most sincere, ultimate definition of love! It's not just goosebumps, butterflies, love declarations and poetry. A real need to care about somebody, to worry for someone, that's love! Something Colins has showed when Owain was in hospital. I'm deeply touched by this sentence. Colin and Owain are not guys of big words, their conversations are simple but not shallow. Their feelings are much deeper than I thought. They love each other profoundly and it is amazing to watch how far they have come since the first chapters. It has been Colin whose growth and coming out was in our focus. But in this chapter, we see that Owain has changed too. From someone oddly self-contained he becomes more involved with family, friends...generally people. So, it was not just Owain's influence on Colin to accept himself, change, learn being gay...it has been mutual influence on each other. Beautiful chapter @Robert Hugill!

Twins are great. They are restless but nothing out of their age. Mike could be more patient with them especially because it seems they accepted him very nicely. At least he has showed the same support he gave Liam previously, in front of their mother. Not being a snitch has given Mark some credit with Liam and twins. I was afraid that Mark would make a mess with glue, maybe use the fleshlight before glue has dried! 😜😂 Towel wrapping course has been fun, oh, I would like so much to know what is going on in Liam's head (upper head)! Mark is horny all the time which is normal for his (teen)age, but it would be nice to see some of his talents, something he is good at (and that something is not bj)!

What a funny chapter! We have been worried how would Chris manage with baby, luckily, super nanny Tyron shows up and saves the day! Guys are hilarious, jealous in one second (measuring hugging time 😂 ), overwhelmed with sexual attraction in another moment and then with love and friendship. Sometimes they are such (stereo)typical gays! 😁 Jamie's crush seems infectious. He is like a teenage girl drooling at Beau. If William took the show at the beginning of chapter, Beau certainly has taken the lead the moment he showed at the door. So, they need larger bathroom, or the guys will have to take a queue for showering with Beau! 😂 Yes, straight...sure he is! Because he loves his wife?!? But ok, if Beau feels better this way than let it be. Anyhow, this open Beau is very charming and seems fits well in this gay company! 😉 Working in a top-secret project for state in USA explains Chirs' disappearing from everyone's life. He gave information without secret details, so, I hope he hasn't put in danger himself or his friends. One correction at the end, not a funny chapter, a cute one!

For sure, even if he can control somehow hurricane in his legs, how can he explain hurricane in the fridge?! Regarding other abilities, I'm still not convinced it is 'only' running: Why should 'ghost' run away from someone who is 'only' fast and hungry?!

Is Jamie going to transform in some sort of Marvel superhero?! With never-ending appetite, growing physical strength, and crazy stamina in bed...how is he going to hide this transformation from Mark?! I have to agree with @chris191070 and @Summerabbacat...poor Mark, how is going to feed the beast?! 😁

Maggie sending boys to buy eggplant with ruler to measure 7 or 8 inches... I could imagine two of them with ruler in the shop measuring the perfect size eggplants!!! Hilarious!!! 🤣😂 So, you don't talk sports or cars, you will be bored around my friends... Really? What a lame excuse to get rid of him! If this was said in first chapter, I would think that Liam wants to hide his friends from Mark. After this chapter, seems that Liam might be hiding Mark. 😉 We know that Mark's mum is in hospital and that he has been bullied at previous school, but we don't know how did come to live with Mark's family? Are they some distant relatives, are Maggie and Mark's mum friends...or they are foster family?

Fantastic action scene and intriguing mystery that follows. What is the reason for Jamie's suspension - fighting with the air?!?

Great chapter, the way you described tourist group is fantastic. I almost feel like part of it. Owain sometimes doesn't have a filter. Speaking about Nazis with German couple you have just met don't seem like a smart idea. As the old rule says...no talk of politics, religion... Luckily, Anni and Horst haven't given much attention to the comment. Actually, Bavaria has so much to offer, more than dark nazi history. Fairytale castles from Ludvig II, sausages and beer...Colin and Owain would have enjoyed their holiday there.

Leaving a husband who is fighting cancer is disgusting. Zack is too good and gave his ex a nice way out, but it is still morally 🤮.

I'm totally impressed by honesty they showed on first date. Usually, it takes some time to know each other, people are insecure and afraid to say something that could chase the date away. These guys put all the cards on the table. Leon has so many different, sometimes ambivalent sides of his personality. He is very professional, stoic, confidant guy...with his planning abilities and analytic approach sometimes shows real German mentality (as Mike noticed). On the other hand, he is insecure (which is understandable knowing his love history), romantic and, what surprised me the most, his 'submissive' relationship with Brian (but that can be also understand as part of growing and learning). His family is also interesting. Police as 'family business' as with doctors, lawyers etc... Too sad that pater familias blinded by homophobic veil cannot see how good (police)man his son is. The oldest son as model is totally out of cliche. Although we still don't know much about him, we can suspect that he is straight...so, it's straight model brother and gay brother policemen. And off course, badass daughter policewomen. 🙂 To be honest, a boyfriend proposal is a little bit sappy, but I can handle it if it is not too much! 😉 Sex is nice but it is still learning about each other's body, preferences etc... Mike and Leon have potential for great smut story! They are great guys, everybody should have a boyfriend as Mike or Leon...oh, and let's not forget...everybody should have a friend as Nam! Good work @lawfulneutralmage, now that we know some of their personal history, I can't wait to see development of this story and their relationship.

Your characters are so original. As soon as I have read the chapter, I immediately recognized the style. Dark Star has been one of my favorites stories I was reading before becoming a member at GA.
