Beautiful chapter, you've brought tears to my eyes again! I know we all expect to see family reunion, but I'm amazed by the process of preparing family to meet their son you've described in this chapter! This case has become so much bigger than anybody thought. Many smart, experienced and good people are involved but, truth to be told, nobody was prepared for something like this. Therefore, Robert's work, involving Qian, learning of his own experience, meeting the boys...all of that is thoughtful preparation for Whites to meet Oliver. How is this reunion going to be, I don't know but I hope for the best. Nevertheless, I can tell that Robert and his team did everything possible to make it successful.

There is something more about Laura then 'just' being possessive mother! She is hiding many secrets and Dexter is her accomplice! Now, the questions are, how deep is she involved in murders and plots...and what were her motives?!

That's it! That is the question! Owen did have some second thoughts in previous chapter but it's not enough! I could even understand ghosting Neil but outing him and then doing nothing to stop bulling - it is really miserable! I'll repeat myself - everyone knows what to expect from bullies, but friends' betrayal cut deep into the soul! I hope that Alex and his brother, together with Sammy are going to be Neil's much needed allies and friends. Ms. Shelton's idea that everyone says something about himself that nobody knows might turnout as very bad one. Hope she could handle the situation in her classroom!

I'm absolutely astonished occasionally by English mentality - how can those two people (Ludo and Jackie) have rather civilized and 'normal' conversation after all! Here in Balkans, if not weapon included, there would have been shouting, punching, cursing...not drama but DRAMA!!! Ludo is thinking rather rationally - ok, Jackie is Damian's mother after all, we have to do it emotionless to avoid any problem with medias or at court... Here, when blood strokes into the head, there's no rational thinking any more, just explosion!!!

What happened to Jeremy? Who is this man?! How is possible this opinion change overnight? At one moment, Jeremy speaks with his mother with determination he should have years ago, then, just a little bit later he tries to persuade her to be 'normal'?!? I'm confused!

Happy New Year dear friends! Half of the Balkans was part of Habsburg Monarchy, and the other half was part of the Ottoman empire so, we in ex-Yugoslavia countries share both middle European and Oriental traditions... Altogether with Slavic and Christian heritage, we are merry people unless we fight between each other. Then it's bloody... 🤷‍♂️ But that's story for another time... Anyway, this has been a long introduction to explain why I'm watching the Wien Philharmonic Orchestra Traditional New Year's concert on TV right now. There is some feeling of nostalgy and melancholy watching this beautiful Musikverein hall in Wien, decorated with colorful flowers from Italy, listening amazing orchestra playing waltzes and polkas from Strauss family opus. Usually not my kind of music but, every first of January, it brings me to childhood, when my parents were, fully dressed, were dancing with the sounds of the famous Blue Danube waltz. May your lives be light and joyful as the sounds of Strauss' waltzes!

Something described as the worst rim job of his life must be really disgusting! 🤪 It is only the first chapter, but I'm already worried about the boys' fate. Devin seems to be naive, prone to make hasty decisions. Luke is more careful and reserved when it comes to decision making. Luke is going to have to be master brain for both of them...

We are only guessing here but, I'm not so sure religion is going to be an issue. On the other hand, I don't think Oli is going back with his parents. As said a few times already, he is not the same boy that was taken from their home. He has new family and responsibility toward his brother so, I see his future doing a great job in Academy. As for the parents and brother, they'll stay in contact for sure. They might be involved in helping Academy too... I can see Billy and Sally Morrison adopting some of the boys too...

I've read so much better stories here than this one. Film is...I don't know...maybe cheap is appropriate word. Taylor Zakhar Perez's acting is so amateur that it hurts. Nicholas Galitzine is a bit better. Altogether - I've expected more!

So much time wasted due to cowardness! Mother should go to see her son on her deathbed, not his mother-in-law. She deprived both herself and her son of final peace and closure. As for Tanner, he should, as Michael from one of your other stories @ChromedOutCortex, look for a therapist! Is he going to reunite with Robby, I don't know but I hope he didn't make the same mistake with his own children.

Incredibly powerful chapter! It shows that child abuse and boys' trafficking is such evil and horror that it can even unite forces of mafia and government to fight against it. Motives are different but a goal is common for all of them - to protect, shelter and heal all 'unwanted sons'. Some of them want to heal the wounds of the past, some want to make amends and redeem themselves...some are 'just' good people. And old Godfather wants to prevent his grandsons becoming 'unwanted sons'. The foundations of the Liberty Academy have been made. Let's watch it growing!

Paradoxically, the wedding chapter bears one of the biggest emotional turmoil in the series. Everything is beautiful, the wedding, vows...but there is some bittersweetness in this, ultimate emotional farewell between Sam and Max. Anyway, masterfully as always, you end this chapter with Ben's POV, avoiding unnecessary melodrama and bringing the three of them necessary closure. It also shows that Ben is "just" a human which makes him even more lovable character! These words sublime my own thoughts of Max. They bring peace and make a good start for moving on. And now, I'm eagerly waiting the Roman/Max fireworks. 😉 I have special feeling about this chapter too as this is the final chapter of the series I've read previously. Everything that comes is new to me... 😁

This chapter has made me read a Thanksgiving story again. So many amazing characters that I'm interested in the future of every each of them. Conversation with Oliver's family has brought tears to my eyes! Are they going to be able to reconnect? Such a tragedy...

Unfortunately, Cane is biting of more than he can chew (and NO, I don't think anything sexual here)! I'm reading so many stories right now that some are on standby to be binge read eventually!

@Paladin you are master of writing charming and lovable characters. As I've mentioned previously, they might move very fast from the first meeting till the loving and living together but I've got used to their dynamics and accepted that you like to skip the 'foreplay' and jump straight to the action! 😁 So, who has hurt our Jordan in the past...and how bad did he hurt him?! 🤔 How is it going to influence Jordan's relationship with Cameron?

One of the best chapters in whole series! Not just because of its length, this chapter, as Ben's tale, has all the attributes and could easily stand as separate story! It is so interesting to follow the events from the first meeting in funeral house till the Tara's phone call from the Ben's POV. The same about Ben's life story - since disowned by his family, escort job, friendship with Charlie till priesthood and HEA with Sam. Finally, one of my favorite scenes - Fourth of July scene, Ben handling Sam's panic attack with such care and love. That's the moment I knew they were going to be ok! Thank you for this Christmas gift @JJ Quinn. Happy holidays to you and your family! 🎄

I've been confused because status of the story says complete. So, I thought the story ends with siblings' reunion. With new chapter, characters show their hidden faces! It seems that Robby was weak in this chapter and fell under the influence of his family but, it was not long time ago when it was Manny who forced reunion and 'giving a chance' to brother and sisters. Robby was rather hesitant about that... Tanner is suspicious too. He might not be part of plan to brig Robby 'back home', but, with his hidden homosexuality, he might want Manny for himself. What a family!!! 🤮
