Cody, unlike The Scar, is not evil. Cody just has some issues. He also needs to go after the kind of guy he can actually have. Eric is just a bit of a lush. Joe went rehab. Shouldn't Eric go too?
I have no doubt about future cliffhangery. He is the reigning king, and I doubt he's about to make it easy for Dan or Shadowgod to take it from him. I think this is only the beginning. My guess is there's going to be something super evil very soon.
Eric just wanted to do some innocent experimenting. Why couldn't Helen leave him alone? Maybe Eric will finally get to experiment again someday. He seems to have a bit of a fascination.
You'll have to wait until the next chapter to find out.
Yes, Helen really is a meddlesome <insert epithet>. Eric is a little confused, and Helen isn't making it any easier for him to sort it out.
We all should have figured out that something was up. Then again, I wasn't overly shocked either. Maybe the next project will be an entire story in which they're the co-authors. That would be brilliant! I still have to say that Eric should have had a chance to go further.
That would not be at all surprising. The Scar is the most evil character the goat has ever created. I wonder who The Scar will kill next. The Scar may be more evil than Lord Voldomort from Harry Potter.
Considering the similarities in the chapters' endings, they're both evil cliffhangers. We do not know 1) if Cody still has a job and 2) just what Helen is going to do to Eric. Those are EEEvil cliffhangers!
As a member of both SPiCE and CLiFf, I object to the fact that the two did not get to go much further than a kiss. It's cruel to Eric what Helen did, and it prevented Cody from liberation. Other than that, I loved both chapters. I would say they are both evil. We had not one but two EEEvil cliffhangers.
Well, what do you expect? Oh, I shouldn't go there. Helen is okay sometimes. I do think it was kinda cool though. Hopefully the next time Eric will get a little more action. I hope so, 'cuz breeding is so unnatural.
I chose 1. I did not even get drunk on New Year's. I don't even know when the last time was that I got drunk. Part of the reason I don't drink much is because of a lower GI disease that I have. If I drink, I end up spending time in the bathroom and not for puking. I have only puked 3 or 4 times from drinking. I'd rather have one or two drinks to relax. This is something I don't mind doing on a regular basis, but getting drunk is not something I like to do much.
You most certainly did.
I think nonsmoking bars are better, especially considering that I quit smoking. My nose still does not function properly, but I'm sure I smell better. I don't even think I could date a smoker now. I'm so glad I quit that habit. It's bad. Then again, chewing is even worse. That would be a big turn off.
I suspect evil cliffhangery. The title is so ominous... so devious. As a matter of fact, I suspect two evil cliffhangers, one for each story with such a chapter title. You're welcome by the way.
Stone Sour "Bother" is one I like.
Wish I was too dead to cry
My self-affliction fades
Stones to throw at my creator
Masochists to which I cater
You don't need to bother;
I don't need to be
I'll keep slipping farther
But once I hold on,
I won't let go 'til it bleeds
See the rest here.
Journal/diaries to me set a different tone for a story. Still, if they are not well done, they do not add to a story. I have actually dabbled in it a little. I do not use them as a gimmick per se. Rather I use them as a good way to gain an understanding of the characters' thoughts and feelings. People often reveal their darkest secrets in journals/diaries, so that is why I see them as a tool more than I see them as gimmicks.
