    Hi J, I've only read the first chapter of In Due Time but I wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed it and your style of writing. I look forward to reading the next 7 chapters, but am resisting reading them all at once. I'll try to parse them out to make them last. I won't read any of the comments in this thread so I don't spoil the chapters I haven't read yet. You have a lot of talent and I look forward to more! Take Care

    Of course I enjoyed the chapter, but one thing that made me feel bleh was Kyle's reaction to Travis after discovering that Travis was gay and that Owen just didn't pull a Taylor on him. Don't get me wrong, Bleh that it felt so real. That disappointed/disapproved reaction that I've gotten from a few friends or acquaintances when they found out I was gay. I've always handled angry better (because I can do angry back in a super bitch kinda way), but disappointed/disapproved is harder to deal with...as well it hurts more. That was a while ago (back when I was coming out), but Kyle's reaction to Travis brought that feeling back so vividly. I liked Kyle, hope he doesn't turn into an Adam. Take Care®, Vic

    There are certain areas of GA that are only available for members and Sneak Peak's is one of those. It's a way for authors to provide a limited release to a friendly audience before possibly making it available to the greater internet (and the subsequent). Some authors may also use Sneak Peaks to provide a benefit to active GA members. Membership has it's privileges.

    . That's how I feel now that it's been publicly announced in Dom's latest blog entry that there are existing, ready to go Chapters of ITFB. You don't know how hard it's been to keep that on the down low :wacko: . So with ITFB Ch 21 coming out soon*, what do you think? Any guesses on what will happen with Dennis & Travis? A trip to the hot tub perhaps? And we didn't really hear about Aiden in Ch 20, you know he'll probably rear his long haired head into Owen's business. Some of you might have to go back and re-read Chapters 1-20 just to get the fruit punch taste back on your lips. Take Care

    The xbox is yours, it was a birthday present, not an engagement ring. Not trying to sound all wise sage-y, but you're both saying things out of anger and hurt (probably him moreso than you). He's probably just trying to make you feel what he considers a little bit of the pain that he's currently feeling. You both can't rush through all the emotions, just keep it in the back of your mind that you do want to one day be friends with him. So don't do any permanent damage. Take care of yourself Joseph

    I'm still steamed over Prop 8 and the other bans against Gay Marriage that have taken place in the U.S. I know others want to 'move on', but I have all this anger that I don't know what to do with. So instead of keeping my heterophobia internalized, I'm thinking of constructive ways to externalize it. A friend and I came up with the following: 1) Start a ballot proposition to Amend the California constitution to eliminate the right to Divorces . Banning divorces will help protect the sanctity of those man/woman marriages. Anyone have any other suggestions?

    So far, there is no mention of nullifying the marriages that have taken place. My understand that for it to be retroactive, there should have been specific language in the amendment saying it was retroactive. As far as the ban, I believe County Clerks have been enforcing it effective Wednesday, Nov 5th.
