Happy Birthday!!

I know that this is more or less what everyone else has been saying, but things do improve...a few years ago my life felt so awful and I thought it could never improve, but now things have changed so entirely, a complete 180 degree turn. I guess that's not really helpful, but I just wanted to let you know that changes are possible.

Omg, everyone *HAS* to go and see this movie. We went to see it today and it's so amazing, so so so so so good! I cried, if I'd watched it at home I would have cried at lot more, and I was so glad that my bf was next to me holding my hand throughout it. I get really affected by books and films and such, and especially with this one because even though it's just a story, its a situation that I don't doubt has happened in 'real life'. It still makes me feel a bit sad even now, but it made me hopeful too, because I'm lucky enough to not be in that situation, and I think the very presence of this film and the reception it's recieved shows that we're moving in the right direction...maybe I'm just talking crap to try and make myself feel better *shrug* Go see it, anyway!

I can see why you'd be offended. I don't have any siblings, but me and my cousins are really close, and one of my cousins didn't tell me when she got engaged, and that was really annoying...I don't have any suggestions about what to say to her either...family are annoying sometimes, but that's their job

Hmm, my worst present...I don't think I got any really bad presents, no socks or anything, but I got some keyrings that were just...really not my thing. I also got some shower products that smell like something died in a bottle, they were bad, hehe. I'll go with 'Skips-away-gayly' too Ben

The archive here is good, but there's lots of highschool stories and I was looking for some that were a little older, if that makes sense.

Ok, there's a story that I read a while ago and realllllllllllly want to read it again but I can't remember the name. I remember that it starts off with a guy at a costume party who ends up sleeping with this other guy that's there, but the guy leaves in the morning, leaving the first guy obsessing over him for like 4 years. The first guy goes on to become a cop, who ends up visiting a hospital for a case, where the dr he encounters ends up being the guy from the party all that time ago. Does anyone know this story?? Also, can anyone recommend any stories that have happy endings, a little romance, but not cheesey, that aren't highschool ones, something set in college or older?? Thanks!

I think Control and Kaos is one of my favourite stories, it has everything: romance, humour, hotness, lol. I think it's also in the highschool section, I didn't even know it was in the Authoritarian part, I don't think it deserves to be there. Hmmm, musicals....I liked chicago, and Moulin Rouge was ok...other than that I don't really like musicals too much. I have seen Fame in the West End though, that was good.

5'10 About 170lbs Light blue eyes Blonde, which apparently is so much more than just a hair colour, someone said I was blonde on the inside too 20 (*gasp* when did I get old!?) Male Right Handed Gay Aries, so I am apparently argumentative, competative and firey psht, not like me at all! I have no real religious affiliation, organised religion scares me slightly. I'm currently studying archaeology, which I'm loving, especially the stuff about evolution and funerary archaeology. I love to read but lately it's only been books for essays (The use of radiocarbon dating to determine the movement of people during the last glacial anyone? I like all kinds of music really, house for dancing to, indie/rock for listening to at home, and anything else on the radio in the shower I've been dating my bf since I was 17 and we're going to be together for the rest of our lives I'm a pretty good student when I put the effort in, but at the moment I'm just doing enough work to get by. I just joined a gym about a week ago and I've only been twice since, hehe, and I doubt I'll go anymore this week... I like to party, lol. Party because it's what a lot of my friends do but also because I really like going out and dancing and talking to lots of random people. I do not however like being hungover, which I am today I don't really take drugs although I have smoked pot on occasion and have done poppers too, not that they really count. My bf's a teacher, and we live together and I can't imagine not being with him. He's the love of my life, and so good to me. Umm yeah, I'll stop being squishy

It intrigues me that 'H' says 'we all choose' makes me wonder what he's been choosing about?
