  1. well my post was just about how guys that have perfect bodies here show me how much work is before me if I want to near them... it isn't easy and that's frustrating. But if it were easy, everyone would look like from Baywatch, right?
  2. These two are great. I love her emancipated princess character and his chivalry. I'm not sure you would know these two characters in the US but here in this part of Europe they are really well-known. well... there's a lot more... but I'm not going to usurp this thread

    James....

Mark you're talking like they would have sex once only The night is long and just started! You go West!
  4. Pardon my crappy English.
  5. Yeah, a real tear jerker... it was not very wise to read it during the lunch break... one has to control emotions more at work
  6. That sounds awesome, but at the same time it's really discouraging, because I feel I can't really catch up with you. It took YOU years to have a body like you have and to add to it I'm some 8-10 years older... So I can push myself, I can try but I will never look like you. (that is why I say it's discouraging ) On the other hand I'm not saying I want to have a body like you have, only that I can accept your encouragement but it doesn't add to my motivation - because it can't... As for red meats, what I was told is that red meat isn't bad, you only have to eat it in the right time - at the beginning of the day or for lunch, not in the evening. The amount of the portion is also important. I like fish and poultry a lot, but to give up on steak once in a while is unimaginable
  7. I agree with Cia, Camilo and James Talk more! You're talking here only about what you want/should do to him, how about letting him take the lead? Or listen more to each other. He can tell he's satisfied but his body might tell different. I'd explore and experiment. (And he may say no to this or that but he might like at the end.
  8. 13 km every day? :-o OMG!
  9. You know Adam... he's gonna die... like really!
  10. Stef looks like Paul Wesley? Isn't he too buff for Stef?
  11. And what would you like to do with him, you minors?
  12. OK, I've avoided posting here long enough it looks Gabe is taking it seriously, so I'll add my two cents... Well, I'd had an on and off relationship with several gyms around here before, so I'm not a total newbie though I still have much to improve. So I decided to sign up for this one program focused on burning your body fat a week ago, just before this thread was found. I'm trying to change my diet - I eliminated sugar (I still get some from fruits and juices, muesli bars and stuff), I got rid of the white, wheat pastry and I try to focus on eating more healthily. I used to eat twice or three times a day, now I'm munching on something almost all the time - it keeps you from over-eating being hungry and your metabolism is kept on high working. And I decided to go back to the gym as many times as possible, last week it was 5 times out of 7 days. I've paid for the monthly membership and it's more motivating because every time I don't go there, the average price for one entry just gets higher Part (well, better said the goal) of that program is that you (I) burn 10 % of my body fat in next 31 days (now only 24 left...). Now when I came out with that on public I'm under your supervision as well, so I hope it helps. Oh, and I'm considering walking more. The public transport system here is compensating that I don't have a car, so I'm not that motivated to walk. Moreover my work is 5 km (slightly over 3 miles) far, so it's like 45-60 minutes of walking and I like sleeping in the morning more But compared with the travel by buses that takes around 20-30 minutes... I'm really considering it... (but I'm also considering moving nearer my work )

  19. Meh... it's those when testosteron is dripping of the screen? I don't know if my choice would fit this category entirely... I didn't want to repeat much Matt's choice but there's more than the "macho" model of a man the main heroes bellow are MANly as well 1) Godfather 2) Star Wars 3) Commando 4) Devil's Advocate 5) The Specialist - there are much better pics available online... but not postable at GA
  20. Many happy returns!
