Chapter 17 The Party and Afterward I awoke the next morning with Dennis spooned up to my naked back with his rampant morning wood, laying vertically up the crack of my ass and I luxuriated in sensual enjoyment of the moment. His arms were wrapped around me and I felt at peace and perfectly protected despite the funky smell that remained of our shared lovemaking. I also had a raging morning piss hardon and didn't know how long I could lie there before the urge to pee became overwhelming.

Alex is a bit more complicated and aggressive with Matt. Wade being sick is certainly convenient for Alex and Matt to hook up. Still think Alex will be out of the picture after a semester or two. I find the whole discussion interesting. Especially telling I think as characterized by those who are parents and those who have not had that responsibility. While people do try to be consistent with their own internal values, those values do change over time and may even vary depending on the situation. Over a 140 years ago Emerson gave us the following quote which came to my mind. "Foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds, adored by little statesmen and philosophers and divines." My point is that people are individuals with faults, failings and inconsistencies. Most children recognize that about their parents at about age nine. Teenagers love to point out a parent's inconsistency. Most parents are usually equally adept at pointing out their children's inconsistencies, albeit often much larger ones as the parents have the edge in experience.

So you got it all tweaked and shined up and you better damn not leave us hanging! Just say I want some more!

Thanks! We have a lot more to learn about all of them. I think that being telepathic can easily be embarrassing in many situations and poor Travis was probably doubly embarrassed.

The only fault in that logic that I can see is that JJ, likes the adulation. attention and sense of accomplishment he receives as a skater. Otherwise he wouldn't put in the grueling practice hours and conditioning it takes to perform at that level. Unless or until he decides he can live without that, then I think your conclusion that he would chuck it himself falls flat.

As much as I like this story, I could not like this chapter. Evil triumphing over good in such large doses is so hard for me to stomach.....

One surprise after another and Tiffany saves hers until the end of the chapter! Ok, so the false positive was already on the table. However, handling JJ was a surprise. I still don't think the happy troika Wade thinks he has is going to last more than a semester or two.

This curse may indeed be the undoing of the perps yet....
