A parent's influence wanes over time.

Showing my age...today's word made me think of the following:

It's great because you can specify what you need to be reminded of as in; "Alexa set a reminder for 9 pm to run the dishwasher." I use the calendar feature on my phone a lot more too.

I'm late to the party, but agree with most of the comments. Friends that help you move are definitely keepers.

For us sci-fi fans the term escape velocity for exiting a gravity well like a planet has significance....

It was a beautiful sunny day with high temp of 74F but windy. I barbecued pork steaks and we had potato salad with watermelon. Tonight's low will be 56F so it was a day with no AC or furnace required which is always a win in my book!

"They did actually use the Thai Kok"... That line almost made me spit my morning coffee! I agree this was a low turmoil chapter with the only twinge from Justin when he assumed he got the transfer because of influence instead of merit. The bar proposition was professionally handled and ended with some hugs from Rick who is a bit more out there! I also noted the server at the door...

Happy Friday! Will's problem with the paparazzi is solved, at least on campus. I suspect Austin and Troy are toast. Whether Austin and Will get their mojo back on the court is to be determined... Still think Travis will be jealous as fuck about Austen. The new movie part could be another vehicle for more personal drama. Hopefully the plan to make Will boring works well enough to get the fashion mafia off his case. As always, more please!

The stakes are even higher than first imagined. Poor George, the task is daunting and complicated by a pair that would see him fail and embarrassed. Thankfully, George is competent and has Palomar. Knowing George, the first major task will be to clean up and refit the ship to his standards which I suspect exceed anything his Spanish crew could expect... Thanks for your usual 4/20 gift! That Finn is a dick isn't news, but that he went public against Will has certainly cemented he being ostracized by the GLBT gang. The news about Travis was also interesting and makes me wonder if this is where things begin to go wrong.... The plan Stefan and Brad put together with the help of Bellona Carter sounds reasonable, but it too could have some unforeseen consequences... More Please!
