I broke my style writing this chapter in the way that I usually advance my charecters relationships more slowly but I thought in this with the level of intimacy between Jake and Zeek that already existed that it wouldn't be needed. I mean to be a blind guy and to trust someone the way that Zeek trusts Jake, its already a very intimate set up. I know the squirrels are eveil little things, especially this little vermon lol. I'm glad that I'm not such a minority on this issue but my first kiss, for either gender; wasn't such a big deal. The girls name was Chyanne, the daughter of my cousins' friend. Looking back I'm not sure how it happened but we ended up making out on my cousins couch one day lol. It was an...experiance...but nothing spectaculer. Michael was the first dude I ever kissed, it was a sweet moment but given that I was in NO way attracted to him it wasn't any big deal for me. The fact that he decided the first kiss should take place during SAW 4 didn't help the ambiance.

I'm with Nephylim on this, I'm a candle freak. My favorite scents are like sweet ones hazelnut, toffe, stuff like that. My mom and I do burn an evergreen scented one every Christmas Eve....not sure why though.

Wow....there were a lot of movies when I was a kid....I think my favorites were the Aladin Movies from Disney though. I loved Carpet and Genie.

Trust me dude I can say that and be completly honest. That is pretty funny, like James said though, most everyone likes a good hook up. I have no first hand experiance in the matter but I've heard the story enough times from my friends. Most of them always say "Dude I don't know how it happened, one sec were talking and next second our hands are down eachothers pants." Its a pretty common occurance, gay or straight lol.....though I prefer to stay way from the straight versions....the few straight guys or chicks I know tend to be WAY too detailed.

Ok dude seriously I agree with Nephylim, please PLEASE tell me there aren't just two chapters of this story left....I don't think i could bear that. Like Nephylim said the intricasies you've written are just FANTASTIC. I like Thorby, I can't be sure why but I just really do. I like how you wrote Ulee taking the iniative with Thorby, it was a good evolving point for the charecter. I also really liked your story Soup from a Stone, I've heard that story from somewhere lol. Ok to quote that little boy from the Incredibles movie. "That was totally WICKED!!!!!!!" No but seriously I loved it. I don't think I could have asked for a better chapter then that, ok thats a lie I could have, but we get what were suppose to get and that was great. I'm guessing that notebook Luca keeps writing in is some sort of Journal, if so its a very nice touch. Most people think keeping a journal is girly or outdated but I keep one so BACK OFFF lol jk. You know remove the cheese from that equation and I think I just might be able to get in on that one lol. I'm a pork and poultry head so my favorite sandwhich is actually pretty basic. Sliced chicken *or a thin chicken breast* with a few strips of lean bacon on whole wheat with lettuce, raw spinach, tomato, onion *red onion when I can find it* with either mayo, lite ranch dressing or hot & spicy mustard. MMMM Fired peanut butter and onion sandwhiches are the BOMB too but its been YEARS since I've had one, i can't make it and its like pulling teeth to get mom to do it lol. Nightowl

I agree with you there CIA. I'm not a fan of the Bible in any form but to burn them as "Satans works" is going a bit far. Personally I don't see what the Reverend and his followers hoped to accomplish by such an action. I mean I am sure they had some *glory to God* mentality about the whole thing but logically what did theyhope to accomplish. Instead of making them Martyers for *the cause* this action will likely turn more people AWAY from their idiology then it attracts.

Hey all. Been a very long few days * had to take one of my cousisn to the hospital at three yesterday morning. Shes ok. I am always glad to you see you're name in my forum David. Thank you so much for your post. I do try and keep the chapters consistant with eachother, both in detail and emotional underline, I am glad that it seems to be working. Your words ont eh storm and shower scene were quite touching. I'm actually very happy that the metaphor in the storm came off so well, when i first wrote the story i was worried that it wouldn't work. Yes shower scenes do tend to come off cliche but this just seemed like the perfect to get them together for the first time. lol I am glad you and Conner liked the chapter Nephylim, but be nice lol.

Too right you are David, thats one of the main reasons I love this place so much. I know I've said this before but I so enjoy your writing and the different spins you put on magic/occult teachings.

I've gone around barefoot since I was kid, I'll even walk aroudn the yard barefoot when the weather is warm. I've gotten into this habbit of walking round in socks when I'm at home though, I just hate feeling my feet constricted. lol

Its the same way with my stories too. I still write a lot when I am not at my pc, I have terrible penmenship to so I write to try and make it better. A lot of my poetry is still in note books. If Im away from my pc I'll write down any ideas or scenes that come to me and just type them in later. I don't notice a difference in creativity with writing versus typing, it all seems to the same to me lol.

Hey Everyone, For starters let me appologize for yet another mass reply, I've been running raggad the last few days and I haven't had the chance to do much more then read what you've wrote, I promise I'll try to make more of an effort to reply on a one on one basis. Hey Mark, Its good to see you here, and hear from you again, hows school going? First let me say thanks for your high regards of my story, I can't tell you how much it means to me. The chapter was a bit short but in reality it was originally a single chapter with chapter 13, but rush and I talked and decided that it would be best to split it up. I do at the moment work part time for my cousin watching her three kids *two week days after school and saturday and sunday usually all day* but even away from my pc I am writing, I live the stories and the scenes in my head and just recently I've started carring a notebook with me to jot stuff down in. I also sit with my Grandma at elast two days a week, its good to visit her. My current living situation is...complex...or I'd actually be able to write more. Your not the first person to express dislike about how I relate the story to real life aspects. When i first started writing I was unsure and decided to use some of the stuff I know to cause some drama, which is where my Insulin Resistance comes in at, and Amber....thats my girl right there, if I were straight we'd be married by now lol. I don't know about Bipolar so i don't think I'll be introing it in a big way lol. I am also glad that you like how I have Max and Josh set up to protect and comfort eachother how they do. Some of my earlier friends/readers thought that the paradime wasn't realistic or was too cliche for individuals their age but I don't belive that you have to be *old* to have a loving commited relationship, so I reflect that in my writing. I do appologize for the shortness of the chapter, it was a split lol. I never know how long a chapter will be when I write it, I just go to till it feels done lol. Your thoughts on Max's mom are a great help to me. When I wrote her into this scene I was going for a little afraid/angry with her demeanor. Having read what you said shows me that I could have done that better, I didn't mean for her too come off as cold and detatched as she did. I will be writing a scene between her and Max discussing the issue in the next chapter though so perhaps that will ally some of your ill feelings lol. Please never hesitate to give me your thoughts, the good and the bad both help. Well all like I said before I'm sorry about the Mass reply, I hope that its not too confusing.
