A story of what might have been if only I had known then what I know now. . .

Characters:

Dan, 15 years old, confused about his sexuality.
Dad, 40 years old, more understanding and compassionate than most dads of that era.
Joseph, Dan’s friend, same age, perhaps more aware of his sexuality than Dan.

There is so much wishful thinking in this story. I wish every gay/straight/bisexual/confused/questioning young person, male or female, could have this kind of understanding and support.

Jaime is a 30yo Firefighter that is restarting his life. Trying to break free of this overprotective family, controlling ex-inlaw, while having some fun along the way and maybe learning a life lesson or three as well. Can Jamie do it... let's see.

I've decided to write these poems focused on emotions I've been feeling throughout time. This will be a collection of poems that allow me to express my feelings while hopefully enlightening others to do as well. My goal is to release a new poem at least once every few weeks. Writing poems allows me to think deeper and longer about my thoughts while communicating with others. I appreciate you all for taking the time to read my poems. I hope you enjoy them!

Perhaps, we might have a thing or two in common. Maybe we'd be able to help you understand the feelings that you couldn't quite put into words. Maybe reading the stories will make you feel less alone. We can't guarantee that our stories will be little more than words on your screen, much like being able to guarantee anything during these tough times.

Another Coming-of-age story. I am sure you are bored and tired of it already. But then, you have never heard of Sandy, a cute teenager in India and his growing secret crush on his classmate, the super hot and popular boy called Varun...blah, blah, blah. Ok, i agree, its not like you have never read or watched a story like that before, but then there is a twist in this story. In the world of Heartstopper & Young Royals, where same sex attraction is quite normal, we need a perception from India. Being the only gay boy who is filled with raging sexual hormones in your college can be complicated, isn't it?
