Daniel was a normal boy, but ever since he met a black unicorn his life has changed. Now with his father dead, he was forced to move back in with his mom, and start at a new school. Life is never easy for the new kid. Especially when dealing with psycho self-appointed gods and demons.

Just to clarify: this is a spinoff of 'The World Beyond the Mirror', although if you haven't read it you won't miss too much.

Wyatt's mom loves the bakery across town. She goes twice a week, but when she breaks her hip, it falls on Wy to be the errand boy, and for the first time, he meets the baker's son his mom has told him about a few times. They become friends easily, but could they eventually be anything more?
