Bloodlines is the eighth story in the CAP saga. It starts in 1998, and introduces a new character, Matt Carrswold. Matt is from a wealthy family in Shaker Heights, is a hockey player, and an excellent student. His world is about to be turned upside down.

Author's Note: The events of this year were huge, and were constant, I can't imagine a year in recent history that was so convulsive. In fact, there were so many major events that sometimes it felt like writing the story was like wrapping the characters around the history, rather than the other way around.
