We meet Nilus, a young man who is hiding from his bodyguard.

As to why he hiding from his bodyguard, you’ll need to read this light hearted story, to find out.

Congratulations to our mystery author, on a fun read.

A short, light-hearted, and enjoyable read, with a little humor and a little mystery involved.  The characters are compelling, with each having their own unique quirks, and the story ends on a happy and upbeat note.

A short light-hearted modern fantasy story about a singer and his bodyguard.

This is a fun offbeat story with things that are common and fantastical. Fans of Urban fantasy will see familiar elements.

A funny, quirky tale from another world. Suitable not only for aquatic kin but also human kin like us!  As for the author, a complete mystery.

"Kin" was what I settled on to not call them sirens...because if I did, I would have to figure out what the other elements would be and so I lumped them all into just different "kin." 😂

If you are looking for a unique take on the sirens of the past who lure sailors to their demise, you won't be disappointed. There are sexy singers, long-suffering bodyguards, water (with or without sparkles), and a fun introduction to something I've not familiar with. Great fun story by a talented SA.
