How is telling anyone they are terrible constructive?  I'm fairly sure you're not terrible.

i've been sick too .. just before Christmas as well. i was supposed to work Monday and Tuesday, but i was too damn sick ... finally starting to feel better. Sometimes you need to do what you need to do. It is okay to wallow, but then you have to get up and see a friend for coffee or bake cookies. Take some small positive steps. Life will turn around again.

You are stronger than you give yourself credit for and you will come through this even stronger, take what time you need for yourself and come out fighting. There are a lot of people who believe in you.

I’m sorry you have been feeling sick and hurt. On this Boxing Day, I send you a package of warm hugs, wrappped up in festive paper for a better New Year.
