Ok, so I've been reading stories on this site for about a year and I recently started posting (very little). In the last two days, I finally figured out exactly the way that I wanted to write a story. It's going to take a while, but it will be up eventually.

 

So, a little about myself. My name is Adam and I'm 15 (but my birthday is in like 8 days). Recently (within a year), I have figured out (for sure :D ) that I am gay. I had a period where I completely dismissed any thoughts about being gay, and then a period where I trully thought that I was bi, but I am definitely gay. The day that I figured out (for sure) that I was gay, I was reading Antigone for english class and decided to go downstairs and announce it to my mom. I was sure that she would be okay with it, because ( a ) she is a shrink, and ( b ) I had been probing her for information for the last 2 months. She essentially asked me if I was sure and gave me advice on coming out, but it was obvious it had no effect on anything.

 

Later that month, I came out to my best friend, who I was fairly sure was not gay, but didn't have problems with it. He's definitely straight (he told me so hehe), but he's really good about it. Several weeks later, he coaxed me into telling another really close friend and her exact reaction was. and I quote, "Cool!"

 

Soon after that, I went on a trip to France with some of the people from my school, and another friend, who I already knew was a lesbian came as well, I insinuated that I am gay, and she picked it up. The day we got back, I told the only male gay friend I have.

 

And that brings me to tonight, when I told another of my friends.

 

The coming out process doesn't seem to be that large a problem for me, because I go to a private school and discrimination of all types is not tolerated.

 

So, thats a quick introduction to me.

wow France!? I'm so jealous! (but glad for you ;) ), everyone gets to go on cool trips but me! **pouts** Anyway take care and have an awesome weekend, glad to see you decided to get a blog :)

*Sigh* I remember my high school trip to France ... a one-eyed homeless guy tried to steal my gyro sandwich from me at about 1 a.m. in the Greek section of Paris, so I squealed and hid behind my French teacher ... Madame Clem ... with fiery red hair ... fun times ...

 

Anyway, welcome aboard GA, and I look forward to reading your story! :D

I'm telling you... you have the a life that most gay teens dream of... an accepting mother, friends who are cool with it and being true to your self. Most of us are not as put together as you... i for one can say that i have never had any problem with my sexuality myself... when i did figure out i was gay i was like "Hmm... i like boys, they are way hotter than girls." and that was about the end of it. LOL! but anyway i am really happy for you... and congradulations that everything has went so well. BTW i'm 16, lol... and there are plenty more of us teens on here...

 

Welcome to starting a blog as well... trust me... they are the best place ever. I have to agree with Tim_the_slut... blogging is like theropy... it helps with everything. But anyway... have fun... and again welsome!

Heh, thanks, actually that was my first time out of the country, so it was even more exciting. You have an awesome weekend too :2thumbs: .

heheh, I have a story of a similar sort. We got attacked by gypsies!!!!! The one with a broken leg got up and attacked us for money :wacko: , it was fun though.

I kind of made it a goal to make my first entry happy lol. I'm definitely NOT togther, in fact I'm really depressed, but another story for another time :) .
