When a character is speaking in a story and the talk gets broken up by an action, should the continued talk be capitalized. Here's an example of what I mean: "Oh wonderful," Williams snorted derisively, "not only. Should the word not be capitalized or not? When reading a story, I've never paid that much attention to it.

If there was a period after derisively then it's a no brainer.

If it's part of the same sentence (as your example is) the it is should not be capitalized. I don't like that style of dialogue, personally, so I tend to just put a period after the action and then start a new sentence.
