What does this David look like? Is he kin? aaaarrrrrrrrrggghhhhh! I guess I'll try and catch an episode.

Well Danny is "family" but there's a debate about whether or not David is ;)

Oh goodness... the girls haven't shown up this year.. yet. I liked 2 performers tonight. Song choices were terrible and I think two of them actually sung songs that women never have cut before... terrible, I'm disappointed.

I agree that most of the performances tonight were trash, but I think for most of them, it's just a matter of finding the right song. It can't be about the song they dream about performing, it has to be the song that they're able to sing.

B) .......Thanks, after I posted this, I said to myself (Duh!) why don't you do a search? Smacks side of head! I found the site, and then went home to watch the episode, and sigh!! it was girls night (no offense)..... anyhow I thought overall, last nights performances were really off. I do hope they have better stuff than they showed.

Well I'm a bit surprised! I haven't seen anyone else's performance except David's, but I was under the impression that Danny was one of the better performers?

 

He will always be one of us in my eyes!

ASFAIK he eventually got voted off. I read an interview he did in Newsweek shortly afterwards, but I don't think (or expect) that he had any type of career once the show ended.

 

 

B) ....I should have been more explicit, I knew he was voted off....was wondering if he had a career?

Poor Alana...she just got voted off :( If only she would have sang Hopelessly Devoted with as much passion last night as she sang with tonight, she might be moving on.

 

 

Carrie Underwood #2 was sent home... not unexpected, but she had a strong talent.. she just lacked originality. I didn't watch and see who was sent home though.

It was a really good night. Luke went first and sucked hard. I'm hoping he gets the axe.

I suspect the other to get the axe is either Danny :( or Cheezy (here's hoping!)

I feel that the sassy gay boy needs not go home. Seriously the different personalities kind of make the season interesting, especially with the guys... I mean you have:

Sassy way out of the closet Danny who I love because of his snappy comebacks at Simon

Exotic Dancer David Hernandez who did amazing tonight by the way

Shy, humble [in the closet 0:) ] David Archuleta who is my favourite

And so on (just to cover the kin and potential kin :D )

 

I agree with Myr that Luke will definitely be going home. He was by far the worst tonight.

I totally called it last night. Before Danny came on, I said to my husband, "Which will it be, Erasure, Culture Club, or Soft Cell?" Then we both screamed when "Tainted Love" started up. :lol:

 

I'm really not a kid person, but I want to adopt Danny. :wub:
