OK, the English Chick is NOT me - I just stumbled across the site so I did a quick check here and didn't see it so I'm posting it for your edification:

Hehe, normally I would turn to this a blind eye, but considering the subject I feel compelled to point out that it's "grammar" and not "grammer"

Well I read what the English Chick had to say about punctuation and I agree with all of it except that she accepts that "some people like to put a capital letter after a colon". I don't. If you do that you need to rub out the upper dot as it then becomes indistinguishable from a full stop.

Leave it to an author to catch an editor with a mistake. Turn around IS fair play.

I rather like this site for the basic rules. Then again, I don't always follow those rules since I don't always write complete sentences. But again, I like it for the basic rules.
