[dkstories] Too Good An Author

Every once in a while, you run into a truly skilled author who sucks away your life until you finish reading his story (or stories). This isn't too terribly bad, most of the time. What's horrible, though, and why I curse your name as much as I now bless it dkstories, is what happens after you finish it.

 

There are an abundance of other author's around here for me to start in on their works, and I can't. You've ruined me! I've finished everything you have publicly available (and have no doubt I'll be poking at the premium section soon enough...), and I just can't muster the interest in another author's work now. You are too good; I can't imagine anyone else being as skilled, as good, as entertaining a writer and I can't muster the interest to try them out.

 

This sucks! So do us all a favor...

 

...and keep writing these great stories, please! I'll suffer through this 'duldroms' phase by going and reading some author authors whose works I know I like, but haven't had a chacne to 'catch up' on for a while.

Thanks for the compliments. I know there are quite a few authors I enjoy on this site, so please check them out.

 

Progress on a bunch of the stories is going a little slow at the moment with everything going on in life. I have been writing, although not on any of my main stories. For some reason I haven't been able to really get into them, and I won't write them just to get them done.

 

Although I have to say, the Do Over guys just keep trying to worm their way into stories that involve politics...

Oh, I am, slowly. Sooooo much to read, so little time, especially when I'm doing my own writing.

Take your time, you can't write if you're rushed.
