Ronald Reagan Steve Jobs started out of his parent's garage. Jeff Bezos started small and his company used all of it's income to expand for years and years. Bill Gates started small too. Zuckerberg and his roommate limited their network to Harvard students at first. So while Reagan probably had no idea of how big these companies would become, they have accounted for a good part of U.S. economic growth over the past quarter century. 3 2

It’s normal to take awhile. You’ve just gotta fight your way through.” And then my favorite Miyamoto Musashi quote, which I also use for my signature: “Today is victory over yourself of yesterday; tomorrow is your victory over lesser men.” Thank you; I needed both of these today, for so many reasons. 3 2

Former Member Posted August 9, 2018 Posted August 9, 2018 But I don’t have any clocks in my apartment! My microwave oven has suffered through too many power outages and I’ve given up on resetting it. I check the time by looking at my computer, TV, or cellphone. ;–)

Popular Post cognac69 Posted August 17, 2018 Popular Post Posted August 17, 2018 There are many things that I remember from the past these are just two of the important ones, there were more honestly. Both were taught me by someone very important in my life. 1. In his words - You should always try to do your best and if you can honestly say that you have done your best then no one can expect more, but you should always try to improve on your best. 2. Not a quote but more of a code of life - To be my friend you only one qualification to be decent person, nothing else matters. To work for me you only need two qualifications, first be capable of prepared to do the job expected of you, second be a decent person. I try to live up to both of these pieces of wisdom every day, if I could be half the man he was I'd be a better man than I am today. 5 1
