Yeah, it is a great read, but I have only just less than 100 chapters to read.  I have never read a book that had long 157 long chapters.  It will be at least  a long as 3 James Michener novels.  Trevor has just spotted Australia.  He must have hit every one of the dangers mentioned before the trip, some twice.

Fermented shark? I think even Max would take a hard pass on that one. But I've heard Iceland has plenty of tasty food.

I hope you are all having a nice day. Here the weather is nice though a bit cloudy and with a couple of rain drops here and there.

I nailed my presentation this morning. I was very stressed, felt like my mind was suddenly blank but when my turn came I didn't even registered the full classroom, I was just in the zone and got myself a grade of 16/20

I will disagree with you on blue cheese, but I think you might like deep fried Thai fermented pork ribs.  You serve it with tiny lime wedges, Thai chilli, peanuts, ginger, garlic, and shallots.  All fresh veggies and one rib per spoon.  There are so many flavours in each mouthful.  The bite sized soft pork ribs are fermented for two days in a rice and salt paste, then deep fried.  All the veggies are chopped into small chunks that fit together (one of each) with the small pork rib on an Asian style spoon.  It's a mouthful, but great!
