Hi Gary! Sawasdee Khrup 🙏 If you want to warm up a bit, move to the west coast. BC and Vancouver are spectacular.  This week the high temperature will be 14C. It's colder inland, but not as much rain. The only problem will be the language and cultural difference of the PNW people. Friendly lot, though. 

As for cuisine, the pecan butter tarts rule the desert world in my opinion.  I have sampled an average of 5-10 a day for each day I stayed in BC or Alberta.  They are massively addictive for me.
