I binged "American Primeval" on Netflix yesterday. It was good.

I love all the characters but Lou and Tim can be annoying. :)

Looks tasty. We had meatloaf, baked potato, sweet potato for Mum and coleslaw and leftover Christmas cookies for dessert.

That's the only thing he's allowed to "cook" by himself (but just to be safe the fire station in on speed dial )

It's been cold and damp here most of the day. It started with sleet around 10am lasting about 2hrs. Then there was a break before a cold rain started about 3:30. It never got above 36/2° which despite it being climatologically the coldest part of winter is well below the average high temp. of 50/10°.

Despite a migraine I made homemade scallop chowder. It was the perfect thing for dinner.

Blessed be y'all.

It's been quite pleasant here, low 30s with a gentle breeze.

I have been having a sort of plowman’s lunch for the last couple of days - mixing it up by using up stuff in my fridge. Sort of the same strategy I use with pizza :)

But tonight my BBQ is calling and I will be having steak with a garden salad :2thumbs:
