Unlike previous years, I’m not sure that the printers are doing so well. My letterbox has been very light on election stuff, normally it’s stuffed to the gills with leaflets.

 

It's all social media now. Much easier to sway stupid or vulnerable people.

Mum is the same. She can't eat it either without it seeping from her skin and both her sisters have allergies to garlic.

Hello Albert. I'm better than the past two days but not as well as I hoped. We took mum's neighbors to breakfast this morning. That's how we thank them for mowing her grass. They will not accept money so once a month she takes them out to breakfast. We took them to a place we discovered while we were on our mini vacation. It was very nice but I would have been better served staying home to rest. The easing of the migraine has stalled and I feel totally wiped out.

Hope you and Steve are well. Sounds as if news of your fruit trees is better than you hoped. Are they in flower?

At this point we have fruit on the apricot and we have peaches Now if the weather cooperates we will be big winners

Same here.  Garlic and onions.  I can avoid the onions, but I love garlic, so I usually eat it anyway and then pay for it later.

You could try elephant garlic its very mild in taste and not very strong in flavor
