Me? 🤨 I didn't fell off a ladder or a roof. Or a horse well I did fell off a horse when I was about 12 but only cause my cousin pushed me up to hard while helping me climb on so I guess technically I didn't even fell of a horse

Oh and I did climb a ladder today. To take down all of mom's baby' stuff from the attic (a stroller, a double, 2 tricycles, 2 scooters, 3 beds...) To sell to her colleagues or give to the kindergarden

yeah, way quicker... told today 16 to 18 weeks of physio minimum, and possibly double that. but if all goes well, i might be able to stop wearing sling in 6 weeks. physio really hurt today, and i hardly did anything, but the pain is necessary to get the arm working again

So the plans are to make a multicolored iced tea for Pride (October here) I’m calling it EquiTEA which according to Google is also a tea for horses. Who knew? And an experiment of berry powders to make a super milkshake mix.
