People routinely walk on roofs. There are even professionals who's job it is to walk on roofs. They call them roofers. Have you ever heard of a professional chair-climber-oner? Thought not. So what were you saying about falling off a chair placed on uneven ground in a hosta bed while using it as a ladder to do outdoor window maintainance?

Is the physio worse than the pain when you used the arm before?
