What's even the point of buying that artificial lemonade stuff? You have water coming from a tap, most people already have sugar (or agave sweetener) in the pantry, and lemons aren't that expensive. Even the pre-bottled lemon juice is still better than that disgusting powder.

That trek sounds nice

I went with mom to the apartment to have the internet install but it couldn't be. So came back home. We tried the bread at a new location that opened a couple of months ago. It's like a hall with a bakery, a butcher, fish and cheese shops, a winery and a nice Italian deli. I know where I'll do a lot of my shopping from now on

Before going back home we stopped and bought 3 garden pots for cherry tomatoes plants and 2 smaller ones for my winter cactus at the apartment (they seem to love the piece of wall made with glass blocks) and 2 laundry baskets to plant potatoes into. Oh and a thing to preserve in glass jars exicited to go harvest berries and veggies at the pick-your-own farm and do my first canning

All in all it was an okay day.

The watermelon plants are growing well but no growing fruits so far. It's not warm enough. 

The zucchini aren't a success so far...

The Cayenne pepper is taking it sweet time. The heatwave a couple of weeks ago did a bit of damages despite watering everyday.

I haven't seen sexy butcher since I order the meat for that party early April... He work-ed at the butcher section of the supermarket where my parents live. I haven't seen a butcher at this new place but there was some delicious looking beef ribs maturating 😍

Ugh those presents... Last week there was a young birdy at the front door who had obviously had an unfortunate meeting with the boys, I thew it in the bush, in the afternoon it was back at the front door...

With the small garden shovel not my bare hands  that gross me out too but "they're [my] cats, [my] problems"  I couldnt really let it to rot at the front door. Or the cats could have been stubborn enough to bring it in the house

And were getting Tomatoes, our cherry tomatoe is about 5 feet tall now and lots of tomatoes.

Time for me to join Marty in Dreamland. My boys are each at a corner of the bed at my feet, Minion on my left and Looping at my right and our Old Lady glue to my back. Everytime I move away a bit she moves to be stuck to my back again. Sleep well and sweet dreams dear friends
