Authors Tab's Sort by Highest Reputation

I noticed today the Authors Tab's sorting feature is going off of Community Reputation, and not an Author's Story Reputation. While I have no problems being listed on page one with my Community Rep, I know my Story Rep is far lower than it.

If the sort by reputation goes by community rep rather than story rep, why is it a sort option? People who use it will likely be looking for the authors with the most liked stories, not the ones that are most active in chat... Can story rep be made visible? Just thinking out loud here, it's not a criticism.

The next version of stories will have public author reputation and an additional sorting option to sort by story reputation.
