GDPR only applies to EU member countries and so far as I understand concerns data collection not content accessed. However, since ordinary GA membership does not require/involve disclosing personal data I don’t see how GDPR applies to GA.

As for the UK, I’m not aware the UK has any minimum age law for accessing the kind of material on GA. There is a “White Paper” (proposed draft law) but most of these end up in the Parliamentary trash can…
