Lisa Posted November 25, 2024 Posted November 25, 2024 I haven’t been on here in so long that I forgot/can’t find how to wish someone a happy birthday. Didn’t there used to be a comment section or something similar on a person’s profile page? I can’t find any place where I can wish someone a happy birthday, besides the mail option. I remember years ago there was a section on the forum page listing members who had a birthday that day. What happened to that? Any help would be appreciated; his birthday is today (November 25th), so I would like to send him happy birthday wishes at some point. Thank you! Lisa 4 Quote
Solution sandrewn Posted November 25, 2024 Solution Posted November 25, 2024 Hi Lisa, Changes have happened, isn't progress wonderful(not)? Go to the Forms page, second item, RANDOM THOUGHT AND STATUS, personal status updates are gone. You can post a BD wish here. Or go to the Lounge page and start a new topic, like BD wish to who ever it is. Many of us in the past posted birthday wishes here, I know I did. Then anyone else who sees it can jump in and give their wish to that person also. Any where else, you will have to ask the moderators for help. Then of course you can always send a personal message, that has not changed. Glad to have you back. Best wishes, sandrewn 4 Quote

Lisa I think the birthday data regretably must have fell prey to the EU's GDPR. I miss it too. 1 2 1 Quote
Lisa Posted November 25, 2024 Author Posted November 25, 2024 @sandrewn, @drpaladin, thank you for this info! I did email him last night, but I wanted to post on here, too. And Sandrewn, I’m not quite back yet! I work 50+ hours per week, but I had this morning off, so I’m on here. But thank you again for the info. I’ll check it out now; I’m sure Val already started a thread this morning. If you guys celebrate Turkey Day, I hope you have a wonderful and safe holiday! ❤️ 4 Quote
