Haha, word. This question gets posed at least several times a year, and every time the answer is the same, SIMPLE answer. It doesn't take a 20 minute post to tell someone it ain't gonna happen and just accept it.

Jerking off to porn or fantasies is hardly cheating, imo. Cheating requires two people, and when your jerking off, its usually only one. Fantasies are just that, fantasies. They aren't real, so therefor aren't cheating. I think most people would define cheating as a sexual act between two people in the flesh. Not some hunky porn star on the computer screen or the cute boy-next-door type you fantasize about banging from time to time.

I tend to believe it has more to do with imitating adults or exploring innocent curiosity then with actual sexual orientation. Again, I just think it shocks (especially mothers) to find out that they didn't even know something so very fundamental about the child they carried, birthed, and raised. So they try to console themselves in looking back for any little shred of evidence (real or imagined) to convince themselves they have always known. You can definitely tell whether or not your kid will be a boyish boy or a girly girl or a effeminate boy or a tom-girl, but as we all know, thats not a very accurate meter of sexuality. If it was, a lot of would have been pegged straight as children.

I don't believe you can tell if your kid is truly gay/bi/straight until they actually hit puberty and realize what sex/dating/relationships really are. Sure, you can tell if they are gonna be a macho boy's boy, or a more effeminate one, or whatever. But mothers saying "I've known since (insert very young age here)" is, in my opinion, just them trying to convince themselves their son/daughter couldn't have kept such a big secret from them for so long.

At my house in New Hampshire, I didn't feel a thing. Apparently about 3 miles down the road at the hospital my mom works at, it shook everything around pretty good. Strange.

Definitely fall. Here in New England, all the trees turn beautiful shades of bright colors, and the whole area looks like a scene out of a painting. Also, the weather is nice and cool, but not freezing, and the fall breezes are crisp and refreshing. Honestly, there is no place in the world more beautiful in the fall then northern New England.

Well, you either got extremely lucky or someone who was deeply in denial or the closet. I tend to lean towards the latter, but like you said, who knows. But I think its good to stick to the rule that its nothing but a waste of time and emotion to chase after a straight guy. The Nifty stories contribute to the delusion that a straight guy falling for the gay boy is much more common then it actually is in reality.

No, he's right. The fact is, lusting after a straight guy is a waste of time and trying to turn him gay will just end bad...very bad. You also have to take in account that, if they give Miami's football program the death sentence, it would severely hurt all other sports programs. I once talked to a guy that played for Michigan, and later became a high-level athletic official with the school. He told me that football and basketball fund 95% of other sports programs for the school. All other sports put schools in the red as far as budget goes. Sorry, but people don't take pride in their soccer, cross-country, or swimming teams, nor do they turn out in the tens of thousands to watch them, or have multi-million dollar booster clubs. If they were to "kill off" Miami's football program, it would severely impact all other sports, and athletes that do know how to behave and do realize that theres more to attending college then just showing up for practices and games. That being said, I strongly hope (even though I know it won't happen) that the NCAA buries Miami into the ground because of this. This kind of playing favorites not only spits in the faces of those smaller schools and athletes of "lesser" sports, but also those who don't play sports and actually deserve to be in college in the first place for their brains.

I absolutely love playing the Total War series. It has politics, massive player controlled battles, globe-spanning maps, and just about everything a gamer could want. Empire: Total War was quite possibly the most epic game I have ever played.

They will never kick any of these teams out of the NCAA. There is way too much money to be made by everyone to kick out your top earning teams. It would be like the NFL telling the New England Patriots to take a hike or the MLB telling the Yankees to find another league. Its just financially irresponsible, no matter how ethically right it is.

This is the whole god damn problem with college sports. They allow the self-centered, dumb-as-shit high level athletes do whatever they want with no consequences. If they can count on the school to cover and defend their own sorry asses, why even bother to behave. This kind of crap is the direct effect of having no academic or behavioral standards for the athletes coming into high profile college sports. The NCAA, as far as their so call "standards" go is an absolute freakin' joke.

Gotta love a god pair of Sperrys! I usually don't wear flip flops much. I mostly ware my pair of Rockport casual shoes, which I absolutely love. Or my Nikes', which are mostly used for exercise or lounging wear. Oh yeah, and I wear my boat shoes a lot too! Worth all $110 I paid for them.

Well, GA has definitely had a huge impact on me. If it weren't for meeting my boyfriend through this site, I'd have followed through with my plans to enlist in the Army (which I would have been happy with anyway). Instead I'm in college, which I'm very happy with. It also proved that there were other gay people out there, and it gave me an outlet to put out in when I was 17 and stuck in the oh so miserable years of high school. Basically, this site changed my entire life plans, and its worked out pretty well (mostly) so far. So thanks GA.
