    Chapter 3: 10/10

To some extent you are right about benefit packages and so on. But we're talking about Ukraine which was part of the USSR till 1991, but even after that was not completely economically independent, following the Russian financial crisis in 1998, hryvnia ( Ukrainian currency) crashed drastically and the banks had liquidity problems, the first bank notes were not even published in Ukraine but Canada and somewhere else. Unfortunately the memories are pretty vague and it's not easy to rely financial political history on the memories of a hormonal closeted teenager with anger problems and I'm way too lazy to do a proper research, so at the end I relied on those memories, which contained even barter trade. The concept was so absurd, I didn't include it. So, if it's not 100% correct, it was more than 50% correct. 🥲😅

    Chapter 3: 10/10

The gloomy part is set and almost done for now. The next chapter or two looks better ( spring comes) and I may write them soon. Thanks to @drsawzall I feel motivated enough not to be depressed and work. ( As what I am supposed to do as a job 😅)
  3. The envelope appeared on the table without announcement. Oleh set it down beside the salt cellar, its edge brought into line with the grain of the wood, a care that seemed less about the envelope itself than about what it had come to represent. The corner was creased, the paper worn where it had rested too long in a coat pocket, darkened by handling. No one asked about it. Leonid watched him hang his coat by the door, his hand lingering a moment as the fabric settled. For an instant it was

I thought you went there for a walk with Mr. Duck. But why dodging teenagers, poor things arent they your muse?

    Chapter 1

This book is a lot better and more fun, now I get what you meant. And their team is expanding, a threesome with an incubus, a dead boy with a succubus and Chloe with her camera🤣 But where are Charlie's ex friends the girlinskirt in or what was her name?

    Prologue

This was so good. I have already added pump room gardens to my travel destination. It has its own page on Wikipedia. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Pump_Room_Gardens

    Chapter 13

That's one thing with reality shows based on humiliation and suffering, and those watching them being really psychos, but the other thing is the cruelty of kids at school. There are enough cases of mobbing and bullying without being part of a game, that is scary. They start as early as kindergarten with cornering the kids who do not fit in their books. I didn't think six year old kids could be so cruel until they started bullying my daughter and nope, no adult interferes in such topics, the kids have to figure it out themselves. They preach about equality for everyone but when a kid is teased for having two dads, it's our problem to deal with the crying kid who refuses to go to kindergarten and cannot sleep alone anymore. Funny is when two years later a teacher accidentally locked up the mean kid for a short time in the classroom to think about his actions, the teacher was kicked out of the blue without saying bye to the class and someone needed hours of therapy and the support and understanding of his classmates. I'm not saying what the teacher did was right but sometimes I feel the same way. It's like the society has a way of protecting bullies or those who have fun hurting others. You did a great job showing how the teachers closed their eyes on Sam and kids like him.

    Chapter 13

Thanks for the warning at the beginning. Too slow to help, to blind to see and too indifferent to care. For some people humans lives are nothing, just a piece on their chess game.
  9. Marcus should be very proud of himself for taking control and not giving Hunter the chance to manipulate him. That takes a lot of guts. In reality many victims walk back to their tormenters or never get away from them. Letting the abuser keep on abusing them.
  10. That was a great sad chapter and one hell of a twist. As I started reading the story I was like what could really happen but this I didn't see. The emotions were so raw, it hurt. I hope life got better for you too.

    Chapter 1

It was different from the other two. Sadder and stronger still a happy ending. Eryk should help Mikey or he wouldn't have a chance to survive. I wonder if we get to see the boys again.

    Chapter 1

This was pretty interesting to have Mikey's view and the incident with Timmy. Aunt Sally was cool too. And everything worked perfect like a fairytale. What was confusing was the sudden you approach in the middle. But nice sweet story

How many more chapters do you have waiting? Is there a book 2?

    Chapter 12

It's on Netflix, juhu! I need chips, spicy sauce and where's my popcorn?! Wait. But Netflix is banned for me until I deliver the victory of a finished draft. Life is so unfair. * Creates more water stains on ceilings*

    Chapter 13

Where should they find their demon hunting thing? Are there online courses or should they follow Charlie's lead and read books? Chloe is my favorite character right now. Do you have a bitch fight between Chloe and the magical three coming into garden?
  16. Thanks @Topher Lydonfor helping with the upload.

    Chapter 1

The way Zippy duct-taped his car so he could just get to Mikey was the best thing ever. I could imagine every single move. And Mikey rewarded him with his wonderful mouth and somemore. Do they get home at all?

    Chapter 12

You'll receive your own pendant equivalent. Tomorrow you will be given one of these when you get up. They are soooo good.

    Chapter 12

This is so evilishly good. I bet you had a lot of fun writing them and it was an awesome solution to save Charlie's sorry ass. Are the three girls still camping in Hartley's garden? Will Ellis make deals with them so they get extra power?

    Chapter 11

Thanks. I was waiting for this, now they can play dirty like the archivist. Yeah Tim's life has changed a lot but Justin's not better since hockey was his life and family. Do we have a love triangle (or arrow) now? Miller grain silo....sounds like a shady place to meet. I keep on thinking of Müller and your placeholder name. Unfortunately I couldn't find a proper pronunciation of Herr Müller but this should do. https://share.google/yKL234smqfDfSuUpU
  21. Oh no, my bad. They taste so good, they are added to the shopping list and ... to Liam's code.... B1": "Frottage", # Carrot parsnip category – reserved for future classification "B2": "Satisfyer" # Butternut squash -for single actions, needs preparation and cutting } I totally ruined all the vegetables so I can't eat them anymore, should I stop being a vegetarian.. then come all sausages in question...
  22. Parsnips are not on my active vocabulary list, they terrorized me as a kid in my grandma's soups. As an adult we never made peace except they turned to baby food ( some might think it was my attempt to traumatize the kids too, but strangely they loved it) I replace one carrot in the story with a parsnip. That should do, right? And the boys have something to discuss.( A new study on carrots and parsnips from the form point of view. The suggestion of the story was from you, it took me a train trip to write it. So if you have more ideas, I'm open 😂

    Chapter 1

On the second try I managed to finish the story without falling sleep. It was just back to the time of watching Star Trek and Star wars with dead civilizations, stealth mode for the ships and sad holograms. Still you did a great time walking Lando and Frocken to their goal. Thanks for the cool story Im gonna catch some sleep
  24. And this is the countertop.
  25. Rick noticed the smell before anything else registered. It drifted slowly through the apartment in warm, familiar waves—melted cheese, tomato sauce deepening in the heat, the faint toasted edge of dough somewhere beneath it all. Under ordinary circumstances it would have been reassuring—the quiet signal that dinner was progressing exactly as intended. Yet as he stood in the hallway breathing it in, the stillness of the apartment pressed gently against his awareness, along with the familiar suspi
