Something tells me the flinching of Malicious Mallex’s shabby crew may have some connections to the failed attack on Kalian’s caravan on that fateful day of his journey to the capital. The night that Lex abandoned his betrothed in the dangerous forest, as if he then knew the threat was over...at that time. Wren prides himself that he knows all, but as the avid supporter of the King one must wonder how much the communications flow both ways. The King wants to have Kalian close but allows the family disinheritance to proceed; which in turn cancels the marriage promise.... It seems the playbook is much more complicated; does it have to do with the ancient ways, languages, and prophesies that bond Kalian and Talon, light and dark? As Wren attest that Kalian is as light as when are dark Talon. To have the King and Wren so attached to the notion of keeping Kalian close, to know him, to be vested in him; the Lord of no title, no family name yet none as Lord, and without destiny understood by the masses. if only we could read the ancient words and tomes. Perhaps the ancient ways will be drawn from the darkness with the purity of the light. wow, twist and shout; the Lord of Darkness and union with the Lord of Light? Mallex is a strange character for sure, and he chooses strange partners in crime. I can’t quite imagine what Kalian’s not so sweet sister has to offer Mallex but he is definitely playing all angles. It really seems as if Lex had prior knowledge of Kalian’s future but was was some how able to delay the manifestation until the convenient time...until Talon unmasked it; who all would have been party to such deceit? Now they plot for Talon’s demise, but is that concern Talon shows indicating regrets of work driven separation or that of regrets of returning to the shadows to battle foes operating in secrecy and operating against his love. Despite the King’s flaws, the seemingly mounting possibilities of hostile takeover from within, has the Oben and Mallex deep in plotting. Ironic that his best hope is from people that have never sought out his favor nor his recognition, until this very cusp of Royal deceit and politics. Does the king foresee this deceit and have a counter plan? It is funny that the King shut Lex down, even though he desperately wants Kalian in his Royal favor. How does he do that and keep Kalian from becoming a spoiler?

Hmmm, the nuts were hidden forever, don’t bet against a trick rider. The ironic part is; I will give a student directions to not come back, because the kid skipped a class. Hmmm 🤨, so skipping a class gets you out of more? Isn’t that kinda like buy one and get the whole set free? 😝 I would have thought detention, or extra work, or being an office gopher during free period, ...but more free time? OMG, what a time to introduce Mr Cliff Hanger, or Dale’s dad in this case. 😝 No one wants to meet “the parents” when the spotlight is on them; victim or perpetrator matters not, you’re the deer in the headlights. Now add to this; that Hunter is the victim of being blackmailed into man-rape for being closeted, he has the PTSD from that rape barely managed, and now the boyfriend is holding his hand in front of a stranger that turns out to be boyfriend’s dad. OMG, Hunter may have an episode that slams him back into blackmailed, helpless, and then resigned into withdrawal. Dale needs to act fast and dad needs to be more than the prosecutor in showing compassion for this special victim. The emotions portrayed in a balanced way add to the stresses we share with this character. The prejudice inflicted by the known “friends and acquaintances” just add the realism one expects to face to the wake of humiliating exposure of one’s private life; Gay or straight. Great job @FrankD, I’m feeling connected and invested in these two young men and their true close friends.

Yes!, the Pack and council are learning too of just how unique and different their Alpha Mate Alpha is, and now they must now think as uniquely to function at their best. So Alpha Kordell Griffith has a name...and a huge ego, and more importantly, he has a history of irrational violence. Beta David Triggs may be bested by the Alpha’s size and strength, but his unchecked ego has added his arrogance as leverage for a sharp Beta. Using his brain to invoke historical protocols for this power hungry Alpha was just the time he needed to have his hope of Pack help arrive in time. No doubts Dave’s bond with Vinsy will swell to new highs as Dave and Stacy now have hope springing from the shadows. Vinsy may not know the council info his mate knows, but he does know the overarching secrecy of the wolf world. He also knows the pain an arrogant and power hungry villain can inflict from his own history and that of sharing with his allies; especially the Giggling Electric Panda. Now to know that his close friends Stacy and Beta friend Dave are in peril, and that Stacy was exposed to the secrets behind the curtain, adds the catylist he needs to push his new powers into a fine tuned force of nature and magic. We are seeing the increasing synergies of VinsyM and VinsyW; the very synergies this week of Vinsy’s was perhaps meant to provide in training. As this egotistical ham of an Alpha and his sidekicks of spam, are about to learn how quick they can cook up like bacon. When the two halves of Vinsy have combined as never before, each acknowledging now that they need one another, that they are as one. Will we reach fission? Will these two Alpha parts combine as never witnessed before? As the arrogant Alpha Kordell Griffith believes he has found an 8oz can of whup-ass trying to challenge his superior Alphaness, he may be destined to hold the honor and notoriety as the fool that cried wolf in arrogance when he should have cried wolf in recognition of beast he has awakened; Vinsy Fission, was Mage and Wolf become combine in a reaction bring forth the powers of two worlds in harmony, VinsyF, with all the magical skills a three affinity mage can muster and the instincts of the beast to guide whether in offensive attack or the defense against challenge as a sentinel. 😝 While I don’t believe Stefan is or will be involved in this moment of awakening, there can be no doubts he will quickly learn of the events that unfold and will bear witness VinsyF’s growth in skills and allies. Likewise, it will be a statement of resolve to witness the rath of the wolf community when the veil has been so callously disregarded in this exposure. Yet another exciting and suspenseful addition to a story of the same; salute @astone2292and thanks again for sharing your creativity. Hopefully your work schedule will slow to a more balanced life level of hours, hang in there!

“G” is a manipulative prick. Beyond being a prick, I’m thinking he may be the very focus for Zeke’s investigations and the strong reasons for Zeke not trusting him; G is running both sides of the board, he is the enemy within and Zeke is too close to exposing this. Zeke is being set up and Tyler is being used to perpetuate the crimes of G. This whole setup is bad news, but I have hope that Zeke is implementing is own safeguards and exposures this prick. Ironic that G’s patsy could be the key to his demise.

Lol, yeah, pretty much console phones. I occasionally see an old movie where the detective or the rich guy pulls that tree branch out to listen as if that couch shell holds the secrets of life. 😝

OMG, a true story. Back in the day, I was tasked to help my granddad removing old trees from the orchard; this was the old fashioned felled and limbed with nothing but an axe. My granddad had been a young worker and lumberjack at the old country lumber mill in the days prior to WWII; the man knew all too well how to sling an axe. We had been workin hard all morning leading up to lunch; he was chopping faster than I could collect and stack the burn pile, somewhat humiliating to not be able to keep up with grandpa. Meanwhile grandma had been visited by “ding dong...Avon calling.” The southern hospitality extended to the sales lady had long since infringed upon our lunch break; which was obvious as we shook and swept the chips and leaves from our clothes, for re-entry and lunch. The sales lady remained persistent and intrusive, even as we were trying to cool off and eat our lunches. Her persistence crossed the line for granddad as the lady misted next to us eating, trying to draw granddad into her sales opportunity. It was a new line of products for a more refreshing bathroom experience; It was, as I believe all the original offerings were, pine scented, and rather strong at that. Well granddad, was not impressed. He finished the mouth full of sandwich as he considered his answer to the question directed to him, “wouldn’t this be much more refreshing?” My poor, hot, and tired granddad lost all sense of southern hospitality as he turned to the pushy sales lady and replied, “I imagine it would make it seem ‘bout like someone just shat a Christmas Tree.” To my teenaged southern surprise, had it not been for my shocked surprise, I think I would have fallen out of my chair as I saw that lady quickly grab her sales kit and scurry from that unpleasant and foul environment her new pine scented product fail to mask. 😝 So Devyn, I know exactly how unpleasant you may find that masking puff of piney scents.

Oh geez 🙄, the dynamics and emotions of the young friends. The emotions of wanting best friends, but one will stand out. But then that perceived best friend also wants best friends, and the one that stands out to him may not be the recipacated bonds offered. I do sense Sasha desperately needs friends, but that Billy is the one that makes him extend his circle of friends as unwitnessed before, I wonder if Sasha sees Billy as just a friend; or even best friend, it seems to be a stronger pull for Sasha; yet something that Billy doesn’t fully understand either. Even as Billy initially shows more interest in Liam, is that his fail safe? Were it not for the danger surrounding of Sasha, would Billy possibly start leaning towards the bad boy? The spontaneous kiss to win Liam’s concession seems to be an effort to juggle these new friendships at all costs, but the time approaches when the others will possibly waver as they are forced to share the best friend and more positions. Young love, passion, and friendships, show the fragile balance teens and young adults try to manage; then the reality of those conflicting desires reveal the complexities and compromises required to be a member of the group. Unfortunately, the drama of friendships remain just as complex for us through life, but the ability to accept what we can’t control becomes a little more familiar and easier to accept. Another great chapter @Black Paper, the anxiety surrounding this young group puts me back in junior high and high school; almost too real! 😂

The Alpha Anti-hu appeared to just want brawlers; so punks, probably, but that leads to dirty fighting and opportunities even for a weak Alpha, but especially for one that appears to be totally unethical. Though Lord Vagner may have been stripped of his nonexistent lands of false claims, I believe Vinsy could have pledged to Ty continued alliance with his NY Pack, but when his eyes returned to the shamed Delta, I would have loved to see, even at the expense of dropping another bead, for Vinsy to go into the Alpha Morph Mouth to say the last...he does not have a friend in me. Oh, and someone needs to tell him the pup is only weeks old; his teething stage is just now setting in. If the Morph Mouth didn’t get him to drop a brownie, then the reality of the puppy’s age shall leave skid marks for sure. The Fecal Oscillation Unit has been upgraded and certified to even work properly in the shadow realm now! The harmonics of Mace’s screams helped in the calibrations necessary as the laws of relativity were difficult to apply to...ah, shit. I will disavow any engineering affiliations when applying such expertise to the fluid dynamics of...feces. 😆 Given, but is there a transgression, within council pack territorial lands, it would seem an alpha must still petition the council and abide by council law. If within an existing packs territory then the aggression would be an invitation to annihilation as it’s an attack on the pack and not a valid challenge of the alpha themselves (council rules)?? Tattoo? The Shadow Speed Racer! 😃 Exact, Is this Alpha even legit? Has he been banished, stripped of title and/or true powers? Why is this Alpha without a legitimate pack, is this because he can’t win a challenge or be accepted within council rules? Many unknowns about Alpha Anti-hu. If you’re going to start a shit show, it’s best to be on the correct side of the fecal oscillator...at a very safe distance, as shit happens. His Alphaness! Because he brings the trust, the conscience, and the dynamics, to make him a central character of good ...a hero 🦸. So if the former human Vinsy happens to set the Alpha Anti-hu up to be mauled by his bonded Alpha Wolf Mate, barbecued by his Fire Mage Alpha ally, and then electrocuted by an Electric Panda Mage Alpha Wolf that hates haters more than the haters hate their hated....got that? Oh wow, the heat of the moment gives way to unquestioned desires. While the actions afterwards indicate one thing, I believe there is a deeper emotion that scares Galen too much to admit. Likewise, Reinard’s commitments seem born of isolation, desperation, and maybe the overarching fox 🦊 nature. Though the paths may diverge initially, I believe we may have an interesting journey before reaching a destination that may very well see both more interdependent than ever thought possible; maybe they are destined to save each other.

I’m on my long road trip between central Florida and LA (Lower Alabama); so the proper responses are constrained by, don’t text and drive, and then something about reading and commenting on gay erotica in a rest area...well, that just ain’t alright y’all!

What better way to demonstrate leadership, than to negotiate an agreement between disinterested parties, for a settlement that will insure a better existence of all concerned. Likewise, he is already choosing his royal confidants before standing alone and distracted in the presence of the royal court/council. Even in brief observations he already knows the basic ethics and motivations of both brother and sister; Alex, a community builder, others over self; Alexandria, refusing to parade in false presence, at a possible cost of someone else’s feelings and expense. Some pretty good starting points for both. Great storyline @CLJobe

Life is full of irony. We may envision our life within the expectations and norms of our society, ours parents, or our peers. But the reality often reverts to the more immediate environment and friendships we find ourselves living; nature has it’s own way of shaping our life for us. Two boys of different worlds, seemingly total opposites, find themselves thrust together in accommodations and in jobs. Sharing each other’s lives, learning their fears and their limitations, gaining perspective and understanding, can have a way of overriding the expectations of others; the naivety of understanding oneself driving us to destinations unknown. Seeking friendship, security, understanding, and companionship has a way of stripping away the facade of confidences not earned and fears not recognized. Ironic that the more personal emotions should find the roles of our two young men may now reverse; as the confident becomes unsure and the shy one becomes more confident, even bold. @Yeoldebardhas done an amazing job of creating the awkward anxiety of young life and young love. But it is done in such a way that provokes deeper thought and consideration. Congratulations on this creation and delivery! Wow 😳

Yes, spar for real and gain that perspective and experience. While VinnieM has expanded magic but the speed of the dance, VinnieW has the speed of the hunt with his own teeth to bare; now imagine when they practice their own hunting dance, with rapid switching between the two, until then the MageWolf seems to become one. Though Little Lord Vagner seems to have soiled himself, the damages from his own corrosive environment may be a lasting scar. I was hoping Vinnie would get a more hands on opportunity to defend the little people. 😝 Could it be a relapse may still allow his probation be revoked?

Oh my, while the hints were there before, learning the sad reality of the cost Jerric pays for treating others is shocking; that it costs him life and that he gives it so freely. What a day it has been: learning of a freed royal court assassin, and receiving the hatred of Elfs; you learn you have a mate, brother, friend with which you share a crazy mom that slaps you down the stairs; your paralysis was reversible, as is your loss of speech, but at the cost of accelerating a healers death. Poor Jason has yet another sad chapter in the storybook of his life. This day is enough to take years from the Neko’s life too. It would seem his bond with Devyn is a lifeline for both he and Devyn.

Zeke, kept Tyler away from the organization and especially “G” for a reason. Though we don’t know his motivations, he is very manipulative and without checks and balances, he is as dangerous as those Zeke is charged to protect against. Tyler has been traumatized, but he has proven time and again he is very smart and a quick thinker under pressure; his biggest problem is when he internalizes; so it is very manipulative of “G” to wrangle Tyler, but he is probably underestimating the boy mostly unknown to him. Hmmm 🤔, ironically “G” may be bringing Tyler closer to Zeke and making an alliance stronger then the separation has allowed. A very interesting twist indeed and the suspense, thriller, murder mystery continues to add layers to this huge wild onion @Littlelovestoriesis serving up.

Oh heck yeah, Jimmy has the challenges of keeping the pack safe, but he himself knows a lone Wolf is inhumane and down right dangerous to ignore. We also need to see the twins get past the terrible twos and more, as Jimmy fulfills his promise to The Lunar Mother to raise them right. So many great tales yet to emerge; whether sooner or later, I feel the Pack restlessness and challenges will revisit when the time is right. Another great tale and suspenseful journey through the twisted paths of unique drama only @Mann Ramblings can so masterfully offer; thanks for that journey and for sharing those talents with us. I’m looking forward to seeing what’s on the menu for your next offering! 😝

Oh my, so much baggage for all these boys. Michael seems to have a good start on cooling his anger; getting away for his explosive dad and now immersed in the magical world of the arts. With Michael’s interest now held, Ethan will get a break from some of the stress overload. Ethan has much history to deal with but, with just hours in town and Jonathan holding him secure, he has already made huge leaps towards admitting the nature of his situation. With the calming patience Jonathan has shown, the path should reveal itself in time. Though Jonathan does show amazing patience, his determination through the years still speaks of his own unrest. From what Jonathan knew then, and perhaps understands better now, I think he may still help to peel this onion of a mystery for both him and Ethan; in turn Michael may gain a bit more respect for Ethan and Jonathan, and maybe himself too. It’s hard to portray such mental anguish and hardship, but this story is not pulling the punches. You have a nice murder, mystery, suspense drama going here @headtransplant; thanks again for sharing this passion you have.

Poor Yakob, a monk, a man of vows, attuned to the gods; is not one upped by Vinnie, but now two upped with his strong ties and receiving direct messages through possessions. That’s enough to be a major calling for the monk, if not his whole order. He has certainly taken notice, but what does he do with it? His meditation is going to be a little more elusive than enlightened me thinks. Then the setup for the uninformed Alpha Ty, he senses danger, sees the signs, jumps to the wrong conclusion, and it bites him in the ass...well, it’s really just a strong pinch; butt then whom else can say they have a god blessed ass? Just don’t mention it’s where she snapped her fingers and put him on that same enticing butt. Hmm 🤔, Mace has to have some level of insecurity in finding his Mate is continuing to draw the attentions of the gods; talking about feeling you’re only a small part of the bigger world..., but he has the remember he is the stability and support that Vinnie never had before. Mace, you are a key player, as the God Tarik spilled the beans; all of these characters are very important to the guy being watched by gods. Too bad Lord Vagner is not aware of Vinnie’s lofty fans, that could add excitement to the mouse trap, for surely the gods would not be wasting their time on a non-contender. That big bully deserves any and all abuse he so disparately begged for in his threats of absolute dominance. I just hope the word has spread to draw high attention in witness and the public humiliation he gets is main stream by supper time. Dave, how many women, or partners, have ever said those magical words...“Oh...my Gods! That was the best thing I ever put in my mouth!” ? Everyone needs to be on high alert for Stefan, the gods know he is dangerous and he may break his word for the first time when he is not the overwhelming and favored force.
