Oh my, the emotional scene is so heart felt and yet supported seamlessly by the logic and fear of Tyson’s existence outside of this protected bubble. I’m fully enveloped into this scene, the emotions, the struggle to survive, and the power of the only love Tyson has ever known... to be shocked by: Like a bullet from a rifle, a single word shot through the warmth and harmony of the common room. "Tyson!" A horribly familiar voice brought malice and darkness into a place that Tyson had come to associate with safety and healing. He immediately felt himself reflexively tense up as he looked over to the woman he'd been dreading to see for so long. She was here. You had me so emotionally touched, and then you threw a barrel of ice cold salt water and razor blades upon me! This story's hard. I must have written this chapter over two or three times before I was happy with it. I hope it's okay. I'm doing my best but I'm definitely in over my head. 😖 Okay? It’s well beyond okay! You did an unbelievably good job capturing the thrust of the whole story in this chapter; Tyson’s life is flashing before our eyes, what it has been, what it is, and the future he hopes to live! Wow!!!

I can’t believe Sparkles would disappear with the three little sparks, at least not on her own unless she’s worried; but if she’s worried I believe she would have been prompting Kohen; something just doesn’t seem right there.

The social workers should see the relationship of Daniel’s mother and her parents as a red flag; then interviews can reveal the unsafe environment to be expected in their custody. Most states in the US allow children over 12 to have a significant say in their primary home and guardian.

I’m guess then the only logical thing left is to inform them of hypocritical breaches of contract towards LGBTQ employees and business partners and establish a new business partnership; with a bunny logo!

There are still so many possibilities in the complexity of the King’s betrayal. What still concerns me some, is from the opening paragraph we have: ...and the pattern of watchful oversight resumed with a long sweep of the High Castle perimeter and a thermal lift past the massive central tower. Keen avian vision registered the blue glow from within a balcony, again with indifference, and moved on. In contrast, the watchful mind riding the Courser noted the signature of the powerful privacy ward with interest and wondered what deep matter the High King might be addressing. The King, Maynor, and Uirebon were in high council with the privacy wards up. Mind riding the Courser is the area of Ranevargar’s expertise but so demonstrates Kieran; what other mind might be monitoring that meeting occurrence with wonder? Unfortunately we don’t truly know real friends from foes yet, though I believe we getting there quickly, it is not a label to be found on the forehead of all we meet.

I loved that royal maneuver for chaos! It shows me there is hope for the king and that he is not resigned to counsel. i can’t imagine the incredibly bad taste they must have, if not poisonous! 🤢🤮🥵

King Aglaron seems to have found himself after his troubling betrayal by Maynor. As demonstrated in the excerpt here❤️, the King shows some of the critical problem solving and unique solutions we’ve witnessed in Kieran and his clan; how refreshing to see the King renewed. The King pulled Maynor’s attention from his assault on Ranevargar too! Hopefully we’ll see more to come where Kieran will get aid from the King and his efforts to reclaim his rule. ❤️❤️❤️ Uirebon watched Aglaron's brow, furrowed with intense concentration. "Trouble, my Lord?" "Indeed, Uirebon. Maynor seeks to have me drain our resources and hasten the fall of the High Castle. Do you have knowledge of how many trained Chaos Masters Narello can command?" "I know she has a major Centre dedicated to the study and use of Chaos energy but little more." "We currently have seven Chaos Incursions, four close to the High Castle, two in your Realm and one in Ranevargar's domain." Uirebon was shocked. "Simultaneous? My Lord, every one of them will wreak endless destruction until it is stopped. How can we possibly cope?" Aglaron took an aspect of power and determination Uirebon had rarely seen. "If I must I will cope, Uirebon. The cost would be great and hasten the downfall of the High Castle but ..." The grim look now softened with a hint of a smile. "... My Lore Master’s fore-warning has allowed me to prepare a suitable response." "Against seven Chaos Incursions?" "The number now stands at nine and precludes any possibility other than direction and purpose. Show me the location of Narello's Centre for Chaos study." Uirebon came to the wrong conclusion. "You wish to attack the Chaos Masters before they direct more incursions against us? The state of our resources doesn't justify such a course of action, My Lord. I advise you to reconsider." "Good advice, Uirebon, but you misunderstand. Watch with me while Maynor discovers what Chaos Incursions can do." Uirebon watched. Aglaron's stricture against portals collapsed, power transferred from their defences and focused on every Incursion, peaked for transmissions to two separate locations, then returned to the High Castle Wards. With a nod of satisfaction Aglaron restored the portal ban and turned to Uirebon. "Do you approve, Uirebon? The incursions are no longer my problem." ❤️❤️❤️ Maynor desperately wants the resources of Ranevargar and his realm. With the energy resources of his own Ruby stores and those of Ranevargar’s groves, could it be that he wants to claim the beast to be his champion against resistance of his self declared reign of power? How much have the traitors conspired? Has Narello stockpiled energy also, does she share the energy stores of Maynor? Will she be able to bring an attack against the King leaving Kieran's clan to face Maynor without aid of the King’s parallel efforts? This comes closer to a time when, hopefully through Ranevargar, the King can find a way to communicate with Kieran. Will Kieran be in time to keep the King from an unstoppable two direction attack by the traitors? Will Kieran be in control of Maurice or will he be embroiled in a battle for control with Maynor? Should Maynor be successful enough to distract the process of claiming Maurice, will a father & son team trust one another to be complete the transformation of Maurice? I see where Ranevargar may become the royal and family advisor by bringing his mentee and his King back together as the impact of the betrayal hits home. Will the human realm see representation in the new order too? I get ahead of the story a little too much perhaps but... At least for now, even with better defenses and positioning than previous, the young warriors continue their guarded teamwork towards their goals and their allegiances.

Poor Kohen, whisked away upon a sparking dragon: to have her reveal at the end of the ride her golden nest of eggs; the doctor reveals you’re a father/donor; slowly the eggs prepare your for the first finale, the final egg is depending on you; the final egg is a rainbow of treasure, with wings; a treasure bursting of surprises, revealing Kohen’s own reflection for the first time, disarming Kohen’s betrayal and unlocking and sharing his bonded connection,... Kohen is definitely out of the box first revealing him to the worlds!

Agreed! Such arrogance in his own deceit of the King, Maynor seems to have declared his victory without knowing his real foe; one of his own creation perhaps. All too elusive were the lessons he should have learned for every action there is a reaction. His plan to get Kieran removed from the realm and into the human world, to be used as a pawn, yet creating a warrior of our young prince. The move to the human realm brought about the discovery of Kieran’s friends and counsel, it trained them in their skills and their team work, it led to the discovery of the Opal, and those repeated failures should have been fair warning. But then the snatching of Kieran’s friend into the elf realms brought our warrior clan to the elf realms. Now the young warriors have allies, a growing knowledge of the realms, and access to challenge Maynor’s fortress directly. While he remains fixated of his original plan and the breaking of the mental blocks that deny his superiority, he fails to understand he has already been infiltrated mentally and physically. It has been an exciting adventure and I’m sure the young warriors will continue to surprise and impress.

My intention is to help fight this illegal Challenge with every resource at my disposal." His reply, the time for your assistance has passed. "Not so, My Lord. "A Challenge can be illegal? Are you certain? "The independence of a Realm Lord is sacrosanct and Lord Maynor has torn Ranevargar from his Realm and holds him bound and helpless." "And lose my self respect ... There is nothing to consider." It appears Uirebon has insights into Maynor’s present activities; what and how? Limitations? While the King doesn’t control the free Nexus energy itself, control of the kingdom has still not slipped from his grasp. The awakening routine,...which last known to Ranevarger has a huge power requirement; expectations for the exhaustion of all his grove energy stores and then relying of Kieran’s Opal to bring control to chaos. The King thankful for Kieran’s blocks being beyond them as those protections on Ranevarger and Kieran’s Opal are preoccupying Maynor, otherwise his castle wards would fail. Maynor has stolen and stored huge amounts of energy to his created Ruby Energy Stone collection, how effective were they judged? All this talk and concerns of energy use and yet will have only limited knowledge of the Opal’s true power. When the knowledge to create another Nexus was lost during the splitting of the Realms, did the human realm lord/master create his parallel nexus and Kieran’s Opal? Is the power so vast that even Kieran’s understanding perceives unlimited resources? With a possible personal nexus of vast energy, the instructions to tame a beast of unimaginable abilities, and a counsel of true and inspiring friends, Kieran may bring forth a Kingdom beyond Ranevarger’s and Aglaron's dreams.

How to train your...not dragon....kinda, sorta, uncontrollable construct of volatile energy; hmmm. Unlike like the Pearl, and the Opal, this is an energy management issue needing major refinement to bring harmony and purpose to chaos. Our wonderful team of brainstorming problem solvers is bound to find the patterns and solutions to Managing Maurice! Hopefully they figure out the safeguards and blocks to ensure their control before injury or betrayal.

Only through human nature can we so strongly identify with steel cannon balls dislodging from their stowage on the dimpled brass monkey in the harshest of weather❄️, to envision a animated brass monkey losing his jewels🙈. A most sensitive vulnerability to male mammals, and one of the softest metals in use outside of jewelry, yet rendering the strongest visualizations of strength by possession; just a curiosity of this expression we all so well identify with. 🤔 And Dragons must have even bigger brass holdings to foster their strength and aggression! 🙄 Sorry, just pondering the curiosities of this expression, the mind is a terrible thing! lol 😂

It would seem the easiest solution is, even if Daniel won’t say it himself but continues to feel himself a burden, somebody ask the blood grandparents how they like Daniels boyfriend, Michael; case dropped or conversion training time,...I’m thinking claim dropped. 😱

They do have a claim but no familiarity. In many jurisdictions, the combination of age and familiarity with his foster dad (teacher) is very much a powerful thing. But if Daniel speaks, in his guilted mindset that he wants to avoid being the foster parents’ burden and, he says he wants to be with the grandparents he could be putting their claim to continue guardianship in commplete jeopardy. A guardian-ad-Litem and the social services psychologists should be able to ferret through this and thankfully since there is no familiarity with the grandpathetics, there are usually several required visits and then stay overs before the move is made....in better social services jurisdictions that is. So let’s hope Michael, Lewis, Stephen and the loving parents safe him from commitment to the grand-pathetics!
