He needn't leave Ireland. Unlike some who will remain unnamed, don't give me that cranky face Val, I don't pen my herd in the basement. I allow them to free-range. It improves the quality of the meat.

No, though I am capable of doing so. I was dealing with a migraine and needed something easier so went with ones from Barber Foods. I like their product and coincidently my wife (we are technically still married though we've been separated for over 20 years) became their plant manager last December.
