What patients say vs what they mean:
What they say: I’m going to be a few minutes late.
What they mean: I haven’t left my house yet.
What they say: I’m going to be 5-10 minutes late.
What they mean: I’m going to be at least 15-20 minutes late and demand a full treatment.
What they say: I do my exercises sometimes, but they don’t help.
What they mean: I only exercise when my pain starts to get bad.
What they say: You don’t look old enough to have been working here X number of years.
What they mean: How old are you??
What they say: I can come in anytime, I’m wide open.
What they mean: I’m going to be an absolute nightmare to schedule.
My running days were over before they started, I don't have the knees for it. I exercise regularly through low impact cardio and weight training. I recently had to take a break due to an injury, but slowly getting back into my routine.
And like @Valkyrie said, we'll gladly take some rain.
Actually no. I can usually find something, so I guess my pairing preferences are pretty conventional.
But your predicament reminds me of one of my favorite quotes: If there's a book you want to read, but it hasn't been written yet, then you must write it.
Go for it.
I don't do a lot of leftovers either, but if I do, I usually try to use the oven or stove top if I can. Microwave if I'm in a hurry and it's not too fancy.
I use dried parsley. It keeps better. I like using rosemary, but have the same issue keeping it fresh. I just threw a load into the freezer to see what happens.
I spent most of the weekend at my Grandma's. She is 92 years old. I always make sure to bring her large print Harlequin novels and we played Skip-Bo. Also had a cookout for one of my cousins who is about to be deployed to Djibouti for a year. I love my family but I'm also extremely happy to be home with just me and the cats today.
I think that's true...my parents both enjoy reading, as did their parents. My sister and I have always loved books and we're trying to foster that for my nephew too.
My boss has a daughter who is extremely smart and when she was younger he mentioned that she would read a book for 30 minutes before she went to bed every night....he sounded puzzled by it.
