  1. I turn 27 in just under three weeks here, and I'm definitely NOT embracing 30 as yet. Actually, you probably wouldn't be able to tell even that I'm almost 27 just by looking at me.
  2. Isn't it though? Hehe. Thanks for reviewing!

    Chapter 1

Damn. That was disappointing when it was revealed that Randy died. About the only thing this was probably missing would be what Charlie was feeling the day years later when he got that needle. That twist threw me for a loop though - it felt like such a sudden, rapid..."what the hell?" kind of feeling.

    Amber Prince

Damn. Boy did I hate it when Rickka betrayed Ronas, but dammit if he didn't pay the perfect price for it in the end. I think my only real criticism here is that it weighs much more heavily on the "enemies" part. Still, you hit big with highs of love and hate here.
  5. I'd think it probably is more than just PPD too, but my thought is, throw in the electroshock therapy also screwing with her head and basically...all bets are off. For all we know, this could be some kind of crazy that's basically uncharted territory or that otherwise doesn't neatly fit into a single diagnosable disorder.
  6. Happy birthday Conner!

    Who...Are You?

The vibe I get is sort of a hit-or-miss one these days, in that there will be some schools who are more accepting and some who are not. But I figure even that means there's room to write about an accepting school. Thanks for reviewing!

    Who...Are You?

Only took me just over 18,000 words to make "complete"...but yeah. Glad you liked it. Thanks for the review!
  9. Hehe, I guess there isn't really a "loser" here. Glad you liked it, and thanks for the review!
  10. Hehe, I got going with the story a bit and realized I had room to toss in a little suspense. I'd say, with Aaron and Ryan there's definitely some pride on both their parts as far as their having sex goes. But still...they can't help how they feel about each other, either. Glad you liked the story!
  11. Yeah...much as I enjoyed exploring the juicy side to the boys' relationship , I knew I wanted there to be more to this story than just that. Glad you enjoyed the result.
  12. Hehehe...I'm sure they did too, Joann. Glad you liked it!
  13. Yeah...the last one was especially heavy on the "tough, dark" reading. Speaking of which...I still need to finish that one... Glad you liked it!
  14. Hehehe...thanks Cassie!
  15. Or, Cia can move this thread over there too. Feel free to ask for an Editor as well (unless you already have one). BTW...I'll sign up for this one.
  16. I still think it's way too convenient for Brad to cave, and suddenly everyone's happy and satisfied. It just doesn't feel completely right. But then again...we're forgetting about Jeanine. One has to think that in her state, she's not going to just take this news lying down...
  17. This chapter seemed kind of... Anti-climactic.
  18. Happy birthday!
  19. If I was Dave, I'd be saying, "I rest my case," right there.
  20. Two great teams... one heated cross-town rivalry. Two star pitchers... one... secret, steamy relationship? *blink* *blink* What??
  21. Aaron Branson stood confidently on the mound, ready to throw the first pitch. Wind-up, and… “Strike one!” Thus began the latest game in the very heated rivalry between the Mason West Hill Wildcats and the Mason East Hill Hawks. Pitching for the Hawks was Ryan Jackson – the two were their teams’ star pitchers. These two teams had a long, bitter history dating back to well before either Aaron or Ryan were even born, much less a spermling. Back in the 1960s, the ever-growing city of Mason Hill wa
  22. Thanks everyone! LOL, when the hell did we get committees here Vic?
  23. Huh. It's been one year now since I registered here on GA. Like so many of us, I too lurked around for a little while before decided to register for the forums on here. Also like so many of us, I too was drawn here by finding Q's Second Shot posted elsewhere, getting impatient, and coming over here to read the rest. (I've seen quite a few people mention this in chat, in case anyone doesn't believe me. ) It feels...I dunno...odd, that it's been one year exactly as of today. In one way, I can't believe one year has now passed since the day I registered here. In another way...it almost feels like, "What? It's only been one year now? Really?" I guess I feel like that, because of all the people I've encountered in that year's span, most of whom have been around here much longer than me, and several of whom I talk to pretty regularly around here. I'm in a bit of a rush (going to a movie night with friends after I post this), so I won't take the time to go through all the names, but...y'all know who you are. It also feels odd reflecting on that one year since...because if you'd have told me what I'd get up to in that time, I might have given you a look like this: - and just stare at you like, "What??" From being a regular poster on several well-followed stories, to getting into writing myself (oh yeah *smacks forehead* ...latest is due Tuesday for the anthology! ), to becoming a beta reader for an Admin's foray into writing, to meeting a couple other members in person... I'll say it, it's been a great year here on GA. So... here's to another great year around these parts. And more. Cheers. -Mike (who is now going to be fashionably late...but, whatever. )
  24. You deserve a break, even if only for the fact that it'll give you time to kick back and toast Paternity moving to the top of the heap of most-reviewed stories here.
